No Problems At All

My friend and I were able to book a last minute flight from Sydney to Brisbane without a problem. Flight was okay and the food as well. I travel quite a bit, so if there had been a serious problem, I'd remember it.

Virgin Blue Have Zero Customer Care. 37 Hour Dela

Virgin Blue have zero customer care. 37 hour delay in Fiji due to a couple of hours of fog in Melbourne apparently. Dumped in a hotel with no food or drink provided - "accommodation only".

Eventually sent on an indirect night flight via Sydney and the flight crew did not even acknowledge the delay. Just don,t believe their customer charter. Fly with another carrier.

My Experiences With Virgin Blue Were Not Good At A

My experiences with Virgin blue were not good at all. I had a very high delay rate with Virgin blue (8 flights out of 10 were delayed).

So if you need to be in a place on an exact time (ie. Business meetings, trainings) probably best to try other airlines, like Qantas.

They have a good online check in service though, no fuss using that.

best airline in the world if i had a choice between tiger jetstar qantas And virgin blue i would pick virgin blue i would rather be dead than fly with anther airline in australia when we fly internatinal we fly Pafic Blue V Australia or Ponisan Blue ( All Airlines Of Virgin blue ) there is nothing to hate when you land you are always early by about 20 mins the lateist i have ever been with virgin is on time the best they have done when i was on board was 45 mins if you need to fly do it propbaly fly virgin blue and they are pretty cheap the best fare i have got with them was $ 45 one way and 45 the other way From Melbourne To Launceston i make that Trip Between Melbourne and Launston About 20 times in a year so thay are good for me and they will be good for you

Virgin Blue Deserve A Zero But The Site Won't Allo

Virgin Blue deserve a zero but the site won't allow me to give them that rating. I will never fly on any Virgin owned airlines ever again. They describe themselves as a discount airline, and the ticket was, indeed, cheaper than the competition... at least at the time of purchase. What they don't tell you is that they will nickel and dime you to death! I paid the extra money to bring checked luggage with me. But they have the scales at check in set artificially low, they charge you $10 per kilo over the allowed weight, which adds up very quickly! And they rush you, saying; "I'm only allowed three minutes to check you in. What do you want to do?" This was after I had been waiting in line for over an hour to check in for a domestic flight, which was now less than half an hour away from being due to leave-- and I still had security to go through, yet. I smell a racket! On the flight, the flight attendants were surly, unhelpful, and unless you wanted to pay them money for something, they were "only there for your safety"-- which was actually announced over the intercom! Translation: "We don't care how you feel or what you think." That cheap ticket ended up being more expensive than the competition and the service was bottom of the barrel.

Pacific Blue Cancelled Our Flight Altogether!!!! I

Pacific Blue cancelled our flight altogether!!!! I have only given them a one star rating because I couldn't give them a zero. They offered us an earlier flight but because we would be on an international flight at that time it made it impossible for us to be there for the flight they offered, their next best offer was for the following day, which means a night in Auckland and the travel in and out of the airport, all at our cost, they have been of no help to us in any way and this has upset all our travel arrangements. When we asked for our money back on our fares we were told no, they would only give us a credit, this does not help us!!!! and it very unlikey that we will ever fly with them again. All this hassell and our trip hasn't even begun!

I Was Flying For Work When I Boarded The Virgin Bl

I was flying for work when i boarded the Virgin Blue plane and made my way to the seat i could tell the quality of the srvice would be poorby the unprofessional and somewhat degarding welcome from VB's highly unprofessional and untrained cabin crew. Shore enough half anhour into the journey i got my work laptop out to annalise some data. it was quite late in the afternoon so it ws quite dark. i attempted to turn my overhaed light on, finding it did not work. i had a look around and noticed there were some spare seats close bye. i requested to be moved so i could comfotbally get on with my work at hand, i was told by the fligh attendent that these were there 3 chairs for them (mind u it was only a four hr flight) i requested to be upgraded and was refused i then offered to pay the difference however was also refused. i requested to spk to the cabin supervisor who treated me like a child calling me "Darl and Love" in a mnner which showed she did not care. i was finlly moved to seat up the back which had no room behind it to recline. it was possibly the worst trip i have ever endured. i would not reccomend anyone fly virgin at all and certaintly will not be utilising virgin flights again. also during this flight my credit card would not work in there machine so i could not even have a drink as you can only buy bottled water

As A First Time Internet Customer, I Made An Unfor

As a first time internet customer, I made an unfortunate mistake when booking my first Virgin Blue reservation. Virgin Blue "pre-selects" baggage insurance for the customer. If you do not notice this, you just paid them $18 for something you did not want. Then, the only way they allow you to contact them is by a long distance from USA to Australia. They actually DO NOT have any means for a customer to contact them online about matters such as this. Also, I made 9 one-way reservations at the same time, but only received their promised email confirmations for 5 of the reservations, and they provided no means to notify them other than an international phone call. Customers should be able to reach Virgin Blue Airlines ONLINE regarding problems with their internet reservations rather than being told to "call" them at an international long distance number.

Virgin Blue Work Like An Unbreakable Team Dedicate

Virgin Blue work like an unbreakable team dedicated to excellent quality service and perhaps the best in in-flight entertainment. The leather interior which was blue reminded me of the leather interior that was in my BMW 735i. I am now informed that the aircraft has been transformed to a red interior to match the plane exterior.
