I have ordered a number of items now, and the consistency in customer service is yet to falter. They usually dispatch their items very quickly; even when ordering through standard delivery, my items have still come within 2-3 days of confirmation despite the 2-5 day delivery estimated. Their low prices on 'branded' clothing rivals and surpasses their competitors. There's always a sale or a discount code to be applied. On the whole, I am very pleased and will continue shopping here in the future.

I've been shopping with Stand-Out for a year or so now, maybe more, and I'm a very happy customer. Prices are good, service is great, delivery is quick. I'd certainly recommend them to friends - and have done on many occasions in fact.

My only criticism is regarding the discounts they offer. Rather than offering me a 10% discount as a returning customer, why don't they apply the discount automatically when I log in and start shopping? Food for thought hopefully...

This looked smart on the website, when it arrived,i was not disappointed. Good quality. As described on website. I normally order medium but none in stock, so i took a chance on size large and it`s not too big at all. So i`m delighted. The delivery service was rapid. No complaints whatsoever. Very nice design.

I Bought Baracuta Black G9 Original Harrington Jacket and I' couldnt find any lower price than here, also fast delivery to Finland.

It's the "Ronseal" of Internet shopping (under 25's - Google Ronseal and watch their infamous adverts).

You find stuff you like, you order it, it arrives. Any problems, customer service is all over it like a rash. Or a cheap suit. Or expensive hooker. You choose.

Can't fault them, sometimes the prices are a little steep, but they're usually still better than the high street so no major complaints.

I bought as a Xmas Present the Jack & Jones Men's Preston Varsity Sweatshirt which was a designer item and cost £32. I bought the item in extra large as my fiance' usually has large to extra large. The item was too small by a long way. This is the first time any item has not fitted in extra large. There is no way this is an extra large item it doesn't look against other extra large items anywhere near the same. We decided to return the item as there was no bigger size however we had to pay returns postage it wasn't free. It cost almost £4 to send back and you didn't refund this back. I was not only diappointed with the item but very angry at being £4 out of pocket to return, why is it not free returns you cannot buy in the high street so you have no other option than to buy online so it should be free to return. For this reason until you offer free retruns like other clothes outlets I wouldn't even consider using again.

Bought a pair of Henleys jeans in spring '11, very pleased by both delivery time (about a week to Norway), price and the great style, which is not to be found here. Bought 2 more jeans in the same style just a couple of house ago, waiting unpatiently:-)

Found shop on web, email to ask about price match, very quick reply confirming yes they would match competitors price. Goods ordered and dispatched Monday, arrived Tuesday.

Order late on Tuesday arrived in time for night out Wednesday, can't recommend enough! Great prices, selection and delivery speed - don't need to visit anywhere else.

Since then used several times and is always the first website I go to for my fashion, very rarely need look anywhere else!
