I ordered a camera online and after several weeks no reply email. After further emails I was advised the colour I wanted wasn't available. I was told they had emailed me which they hadn't. I opted for the colour they had in stock. Another 2 weeks and still no tracking number or delivery. I have now requested my money back. Do not deal with this company.

As stated by many people; this company is TERRIBLE! Purchased TV through them on 8th December and was told TV would be with me before Christmas...Phoned them on 28th December and even THEY hadn't received the TV they'd already sold me. So it was due 7-10 working days later...I don't think waiting a month for a TV is acceptable in any way shape or form. Have cancelled order as of today and am awaiting refund.

Initially impressed by sales team but no delivery made (ordered 9 May 2010 with deposit paid). I cancelled and requested a refund but no responses other than verbal agreement. terms and conditions state I would be refunded if goods not provided in reasonable time.
Received letter today (5 July) from administrators. The company went into administration and are now retrading under same name, address, directors, phone numbers etc. after the assets were sold. No hope for any previous customers owed goods - even though I have a receipt from Digital Direct.
I am now claiming for a refund through the Credit Card company.
I have given them 1 star out of 5 as that is the lowest available. It should be zero.

BEWARE. This company should carry a warning "Buy your goods here, pay for them and then you may never receive them!". If you are daredevil enough to buy goods with this company, make sure that you pay with a credit card or Visa debit card. We had to rely on the Chargeback Scheme to get our money back, as Digital Direct's Customer Service Team seemed to have completely disappeared.

I ordered a Panasonic TX-P46G20B Plasma TV exactly one month ago today. Not once has Digital Direct contacted me about the fact that they were having trouble with the deliver from Panasonic. Today it has been exactly a month since I paid them £1100. There is still no light at the end of the tunnel and their current account is doing quite nicely on the customers they have dubbed. I cannot give them 0 stars on Customer Service, the website is actually alright (I guess their IT department are doing better than customer service). As for value for money - well I paid £1100 and seen nothing for it, so you can be the judge of that.
Should you use them - not if you want to actually receive your product.

If you want to give your money away for a minimum of 4 weeks without any
goods being delivered this is the company for you. Then it can take up to 2 weeks to get your money back. AVIOD AT ALL COST. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE IT TOOK THE THREAT OF LEAGAL ACTION TO OBTAIN A REFUND.

WORST INTERNET PURCHASE EXPERIENCE!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE PRICES - THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THESE ITEMS IN STOCK!!!!
Ordered an LG LCD 37inch and was quoted delivery within a week. If not delivered then I was promised a member of the team would contact me. It never happened, despite repeated calls to customer services whom made several excuses as to why we haven't had delivery.
Eventually I canceled the order and it took 6 weeks to get the money back and only after we has our credit company take formal action.
I ordered the same TV from Argos (discounted by 100 pounds by the time we had waited) It was delivered within 3 days with excellent service and a 2 hour delivery slot time.

After ordering a TV for £499 and after waiting for 4 weeks with no delivery we cancelled the order and after a further 3 weeks we have still not received the refund. We have called them numerous times getting a different story each time about how the refund was made the previous day. We are now starting to talk to Trading Standards and other consumer organisations about how to get our money back.

Terrible customers service waited 2 and half weeks before phoning. told would be phoned for delivery date and no call. had to threaten to cancel to get delivery date,once i did that i magically got a delivery date for three days later. delivery arrived on time,delivery team were excellent. phoned to make sure we were in and arrived 30 mins before they were due.

Mid Feb I attempted to buy a TV set as a gift. After 7 weeks and numerous phone calls, they still could not produce the product. I cancelled the order. Two weeks later I am still awaiting the credit to appear on my cc account. Their customer service is non-existant. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Please do not buy from Digital Direct, their customer service was quite shocking. I purchased a 32 inch TV from them which developed a screen problem after 6 months. They refused to replace it with a new tv and quoted the sale of goods act stating that they would refund only part of the original price. No good will what so ever. They then sent a replacement tv which had a reconditioned sticker on the back! This tv was promptly sent back. I Ended up paying them more money to get a 37 inch tv, which lasted approx 18 months before developing lines on the screen ( pcb fault ). Guess what - they did not want to know.

I'm not sure what this company actually do, having singularly failed to deliver my order. After 30 days I cancelled my order on advice from my credit card provider. It then took 1.5 weeks to get my money back. I think the model that they work on, is to take your money and sit on and make interest. Its a great model. Thinking of doing it myself. Dont be a mug like me, steer well clear and go to Amazon, where I found the same TV cheaper and in stock.

OK, the TV I ordered was a bargain and only on sale at this price for 7 days, but delivery is ridiculous. I have been waiting for 3 weeks so far and have been told I will need to wait upto a further 2 weeks. They blame the fact that they sold so many of these TVs during their sale but I'm sure this was predictable and they should have improved their logistics to cope. Not enjoying watching a 21 inch tv after my main tv broke.
The website is good and the customer service team are polite and understanding but they are let down by the very poor delivery for this item hence the 1 star rating.

We ordered an LCD TV from this fraudsters in FEBRUARY !! After weeks of phone calls by me, e-mails from me and attempts to get a resolution via their website chat, we STILL AWAIT our TV nearly a MONTH later! Their Sales people are rude and abrupt, their Customer Service people are the same and their delivery company does not return calls, despite promises on several occasions. I have rung them (AGAIN) today to ask for my money back if they do not deliver this week - I can only pray that either I get the TV that I paid for a MONTH ago or I receive a refund quickly.
Am absolutely fuming as none of their promises have been kept and this is the WORST online service I have ever received from a company.
PLEASE, PLEASE do not buy anything from this company - digitaldirect should be closed down - they really are THAT bad!
I sincerely hope other people considering using these imbeciles think twice after reading about my experience and also look at other poor reviews on these cheats, posted by other unfortunates like myself.

I have you used many companies online up to this point and have always been pleased with the items I have received and with the customer service.
Then I ordered from digital Direct.
I ordered an AV amp from this company in January and come March had yet to take delivery of the unit. Not only have I waited an exceptional amount of time but not once did Digital Direct think to contact me after taking over £1000 from me the day I ordered.
They maybe cheap but as the old saying goes You Get What You Pay For and in this instance its awful service...
