I've Been A Bow Hunter Since I Was 12 Years Of Age

I've been a bow hunter since I was 12 years of age, I am almost 30 now so I've been doing this for roughly 18 years. I have always been a compound bow hunter until recently. A bad back made me look into the crossbow side of hunting. Until I bought this Horton Explorer TR 175 I had only fired a crossbow 3 or 4 times with the main reason being speed and power. To my amazement, I recently looked into crossbows and found that now days they are actually hitting speeds of 300 FPS and higher, wow. I recently purchased a Horton Explorer TR175 as my very first crossbow and I got to tell you, this thing is fast and extremely accurate. I took it home and had it sighted in in about 10 or 15 minutes. Since then I have fired it about 50 or 60 times and have yet to miss a 4 inch bullseye on a target of mine. I have killed 2 white tails with it so far and couldn't be happier. Also, for a crossbow (which I think all of them are a little noisy) its noise and vibration are very minimal, its not very loud at all and it absorbs vibration very well. If you're a hunter looking for a good quality crossbow at a really good price, look no farther, this is the one for you. I would recommend this product, confidently, to anyone. Keep in mind that I'm not a crossbow expert and my experiences with them are little, but my experiences with bow hunting and compounds are extensive. This is why I can rate this product, not comparing it to other crossbows, but comparing it purely on archery experience. Very well done Horton.
