Have Been To Biot Camping Eden The Last 4 Summers

Have been to Biot Camping Eden the last 4 summers with my family, the kids have made lots of new friends, we have too! Very relaxed atmosphere on the whole campsite. Very good restaurant and bar on site. Communal pool is good. Very relaxed site, quite small (about 120-150 plots). Good mix of nationalities (English, Irish, French and Dutch mostly). I always feel my kids are safe on site. Only downside is Not enough sun loungers by the pool.Biot is a lovely village, as is nearby Valbonne and St Paul de Vence. Monaco is worth a visit.

We Found L'eden Biot Camping Eden An Ideal Place T

We found L'Eden Biot Camping Eden an ideal place to wind down. The general ambiance is positive and restful. The staff were very good and the facilities excellent. An ideal place to use as a base to go off and explore further afield or as somewhere to chill out and relax. Ideal for children. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and hope to return there ourselves in the not to distant future.

This was my families first time at Eden. By the end of our stay we were very sad to be leaving. It's so near to good transport that a car isn't essential. Already recommended the site to friends and will be looking to return there again.

We Visited Camping Eden For The First Time This Ye

We visited Camping Eden for the first time this year and it exceeded our expectations. The site is very well kept, quiet, relaxing and friendly with different nationalities occupying the sited vans. Biot is a stunning village, and the proximity of the site to the railway station is ideal for those who, like us, fly to their holiday destination but do not wish to hire a car. The restaurant is excellent value for money and superb quality. Unfortunately, we had to return home early due to a family bereavement but this was met with supportive attitude from the managment, as well as arranging our flights home and transport to the airport. We have already booked for 2009 and cant wait to go back!

A lovely friendly campsite with a relaxed non-commercial atmosphere. The restaurant and pool are lovely. Links are good to Biot, Antibes and Cannes.

A very good family campsite. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful, relaxed holiday.

Although At First We Were A Little Worried When We

Although at first we were a little worried when we read the rather negative comment about Camping Eden on this website, we can only say that the campsite is first class, clean and well run, and more than met our expectations. Lots of people own their own mobiles (rather like second homes) and live in them during the summer, so the atmosphere is really relaxed but the security is still very high, as each car is watched by security cameras before the entry gate is lifted. The site has lots of trees and flowering plants which make for a pleasant environment (and provide much needed shade at times too!). The pool is lovely and well maintained - and in September was relatively quiet - maybe a few more sunbeds and parasols around the poolside would not go amiss though.

And the local area? What can we say apart from the fact that if we got chance, we'd be back there tomorrow! Antibes, Cannes, Nice, and even St Tropez are within easy reach. Also venturing up the mountains to Gourdon is a fabulous trip. The beach close to the campsite (a couple of km) is pebbly but fabulous. And slightly further there are sandy beaches too. Biot train station is a similar distance away (about 2km) - and trains are plentiful and run along the coast to Monaco, Italy, and the other way to St Tropez etc. Buses pass the site frequently too.

To sum up - a gem of a campsite in a perfect location. We'll be back next year.

Unfortunate That Someone Gave A Poor Review - I'm

Unfortunate that someone gave a poor review - I'm very surprised about these comments having visited 3 years running. Camping Eden is small and friendly and not the sort of place to attract riffraff.

Top marks to the reps. Also the staff at the bar/restaurant are great entertainment.

Camping Eden In Provence Is Run By An English Coup

Camping Eden in Provence is run by an English couple. Camping Eden is clean and comfortable. It has reasonable facilities on site, and is away from the crowds, yet only a short drive from Nice, and Antibes etc.

Absolutely correct. I am in complete agreement over this. It sounds and looks good to go.
