Three appear to pride themselves on the best coverage for internet access. However, in my experience, this is absolute nonsense. I transferred to them from another popular moile phone provider expecting coverage and connection to be a little better...and it has been FAR worse. I have paid a premium to exit my 1-year contract early as the connection is routinely bad, especially on the rail network, and is significantly worse than my previous provider. The only response I have had from Three is a request for a postcode whenever the connection is poor...presumably so they can remedy the problems. But this happens so often, in so many locations, I have no confidence that this network will be sufficiently good any time soon.

I got a welcome pack with all the necessary steps for cash back claim. I followed the terms and got my cashback - no problem! I just think you have to pay all of your bills on time and read the terms to get your cashback.

Three Mobile were accurate with my cash back. I think you have to be careful not to change your contract before the cash back date.

I think Three Mobile are good, and by the way they are now back online!

I bought a 3 mobile phone from them a year ago, and had excellent service and full cash back. I then bought another late last year, and now I am a bit worried that they are not updating their website. Still it could just be a long holiday.

I signed up with Three Mobile Phones on a contract @ £3.99 a month for first 12 months. Instead of getting full cashback of £312.12 as promised, I only got £199.20. I know of others on same contract who got around £300 cashback. Also their website is still showing them closed for Christmas and it's now 6/1/06!

I have been battling with Three Mobile Phones for 3 months to get my cashback as promised!! I am very disappointed with the service they offered, and will not be taking out a contract like this again!

I will also not be signing with 3 again, as I have been put off completely.
