From the time we arrived at the hotel our holiday needs were taken care of, the staff could not do enough for us. The food was of a very good standard which reading other reviews came as a refreshing surprise. The lobby and beach bar staff were excellent as were the staff in the main restaurant. The animation team were friendly and there was no fighting or having to get out early to get a sun bed. Our cleaner did a first class job every day and the public toilets spotless. A tip would be have a good look around because we found a fourth swimming pool and bar after being there for 12 days it was so relaxing. If there was any downside to the holiday it was that our grandson (aged 12) could not speak Russian or Italian he played with a few but would have been better than using hand signs and gestures. Our room was spacious and quite (Room 350) considering the time of year August 7th - 21st, we will be going back and look forward to the same level of care we have been shown.
