I have had my Lets Get Personal account for about 9 months and have now decided not to renew my domain with them.

I have endless problems with the amount of time to set up email accounts. Problems with the website, the fact I am on a dedicated 8mb internet connection yet their servers are very slow to respond.

Overall, yes it may look good, simple and easy to use. But looks can be deceiving. I would not use them again.
