Awfull.....avoid!!!!

Had 2 delivery dates before item arrived.Item was poor quality and faulty. No reply to our many, many emails/phone calls.

Had to contact Consumer direct who helped us get a refund.

Recived phone call from United interiors accusing us of leaving negotive feed back on this site.So they are aware of neg feed back.

Was spoken to like a dog. Would never buy goods from these people again.

I only gave 1 star because i could not leave anything lower on the feed back.

Faulty, Faulty, Faulty

Has United Interiors gone bust does anyone know as the website doesn't work, the phone number doesn't work and they seem to have faded into oblivion leaving us with a faulty standard lamp that was replaced but the replacement is also faulty and to claim under section 75 of the consumer credit act we need to know that they are in liquidation/ administration - anyone have any further information?

Dont Think About Using

Two words, Dont Bother!

I bought bedroom furniture last June and it was painful trying to arrange for this to be delivered. When it arrived there were two damaged items and I followed procedures and e-mailed the pictures the next day. I wont bother going into detail but we are now a year down the line and the items that I was promised would be replaced still havent been.

In between all this I was told that the person who took my order committed fruad and was sacked, the Director who was going to call me back actually left and the other Director who I was told is called Glen didnt have the guts to call me back. When i was told the items were being replaced, i waited in all Friday and they didnt arrive. When I Monday, i was told the van had bene in an accident and all the goods were damaged. Yeah right! This is now with Barclyacard under an indeimity claim and the next stop will be legal action, even with all the proof of the e-mails and phone calls they left me Glen states 'You signed for the furniture its not our fault'. USELESS and should be called United Inferiors'.

I can categorically advise that (name removed) hasn't worked there in over 3 years and was never an MD, in fact according to companies house the sole managing director is and always has been a (name removed), so more mis-information - the people answering the phone use false names, no doubt because they're too embarrased to give their real names. Lies, deceit & miscommunication seem to be their motto, I was under the impression that consumer laws were supposed to protect the public from companies like this?

Good Service And Delivery

Just ordered a computer Desk from United Interiors and then read the OLD reviews. Was quite concerned. However this was not my experience. They provided exactly what I wanted and delivery was quick and exactly on the day they said it would arrive. The two delivery guys (who I believe worked for the company) were very helpful and friendly.

Anne in the office was able to tell me if we had the item in stock and when it would be on its way to me. Which was spot on.

Would I use them again..Yes. I believe the firm is under new ownership now and trying to build a good reputation.

What would I recommend to improve the service. Ensure you answer the emails that are sent via the website. I sent 4 and none were answered.

and put a message on the office phone to say when there is no one in the office (i.e. Anne does not work on a Monday)

I purchased some items in JUNE, and after several phone calls and threating to seek legal advise, i finally recived my items in OCTOBER!!!!!

This company is a joke. Dont buy...

Do Not Use This Company!!!!

I waited months for my table and rang loads of times spoke to the same man each time and all he said was it's on it's way it's on the delivery van and it never came even though he promised me it would. I have asked for a refund a week ago and still no money!!!! I think this is disgusting if only I had read these reviews before I ordered appalling!!!!!!

without question THE worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered in July and was told at the end of august after many phone calls that actually the products I had ordered and paid for in full were not actually available. 3weeks on from then, and I have still not received my refund. No one will reply to my emails. I am now following up with my credit card company and trading standards.PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THiS COMPANY. How they are allowed to continue trading I do not know!

Feel this company not have stock in general but take an order and your money and then place an order with their supplier means you wait and wait suggest that you clearly ask do they have the item in stock before making an order but in general best to avoid this company.
