I was impressed with their site and the parcel did arrive the next day, BUT straight away I noticed the complementary screen cloth that was supposed to be included wasn't. Then when I looked further the screen protectors I had ordered were not the design showed on the website that I had spent time deliberately choosing to suit. The phone case I also ordered was fine. I contacted the company through their 'ticket' system and they were very slow in responsding. They said they would post out a cloth, this never appeared. They ignored my comments about having sent me different screen protectors to those advertised. I then pushed this issue and a week later the ysaid to use their returns policy.....funny, when you order screen protectors its because you need to use them and in this time I'd had to use one. So I'm very dissatisfied with their customer service. Had they sorted it out I probably would have given them a great review, but their customer service is poor and they can't even fulfil a simple order.

My order was delivered very fast, but I have been emailing them every day for the last week now regarding an issue with one of my items and they have refused to respond. So Not impressed with the customer service.

I did not receive the phone the next day as I asked for and when there was fault there was no advice offered, only return phone and wait up to 10 days, which I felt was harsh as I only had phone for three days. I obtained the info from Nokia direct and now it all works properly.

Very disappointed! I needed to get a samsung galaxy ASAP and came across mobilefun. I was caught up with the 'same day dispatch/next day delivery' hype. I happily placed an order as early as 10 am hoping it would be dispatched the same day as the phone was in stock. Waited in vain for an email from mobile fun informing me about d status of my order. Next day, more silence, until I angrily canceled the order at the end of the 3rd day. What a pathetic customer service! Why promise 'same day dispatch if the goods are in stock/next day delivery if you cant deliver on your promise. RUBBISH!

All is good apart from the payment section. When or if you get cut off the order goes through anyway. Then when you get back online to pay it there is no link any where to pay online or maybe i am blind. I had to cancel about 4 orders trying to find a way of paying just the original one, any way discovered that my maestro card now needs a MasterCard secure code which is why I had to order over and over because I assumed it was my pin unlucky for me it wasn't so had to phone the bank and reset my card and now I am seriously p****d off. Commercial websites should be made with common sense and consider these kind of predicaments (MOST ARE!). LOGICAL ORGANISATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Timed out too quickly. Only completed the routine as it was for my young son.
Now find I can't see the numbers on the "rating" screen, he had to read it for me - colour contrast is particularly poor.
A very frustrating time.
P.S. this took more than 2 minutes too.
