Quirks & Partners

I am buying my new property with Quirks & Partners, and I did place my current property with them as well. Selling: Not so good. During the August period, not many buyers came round, so they suggested dropping the price 3 times. I held to my guns, and they agreed to a joint sale agency, and within 3 weeks I sold with the other agent without dropping the price. They do keep you informed of what's happening in the market though.
