I cannot say enough about Cucco Pazzo restaurant! It is located is in the Great Eastern Hotel, the main door faces High St. When you enter the front door, you are in the lounge area, just walk through the door to the restaurant area. First, the decor has a decidely home-like, Italian flair. It is family owned by a family from Malta who will greet and seat you. They have a range of drinks and the service is very efficient and friendly. They have an outdoor play area for kids and eating area as well. The menu has fish and chicken and range from 9 to 15 pounds. Wednesday nights are "all you can eat pasta" for £10 per person, including an appetiser and drinks. Bring an appetite, because you are served 3 to 4 large platters of varying pasta and all of them are delicious! The desserts are out of this world, chocolates, fruits, ice cream - all of them are excellent. We eat here at least a couple times a month, it is by far the best restuarant in East England.
