I have used Fourmotion Car Rental 11 previous times over the space of 7 years, I felt that I would give them some credit for the way they handle thier business. I have always found the booking process to be quick (confirmed voucher arrives by email within 60 minutes) when I have had to change my booking the staff (Thanks to Karen mostly) are very open to changes and last minute adjustments. The cars supplied are all new and the suppliers Fourmotion use are only market leaders. 10/10 an five gold stars. keep it up Fourmotion team.

I was looking for cheap car hire over the Christmas period and found a number of rental companies that had availability but the cost of hiring an MPV was at least 200% higher than previous years, I looked further and found Fourmotion Car Rental, I checked and could see that they were a broker and had been trading some years, the price on the website was just right, they delivered the Ford Galaxy directly to the airport terminal, all I had to do was walk from the terminal outside very simple process.

I searched the internet for a car rental company that actually answered thier telephone! and found Fourmotion Car Rental to answer the phone very promptly, and I may add there is no faceless call centre, I was allocated my own car rental advisor who dealt with me throughout the booking and confirmation process, price is not everything to me but pehaps the only downside is that the rate was a little higher than other car rental companies but the service levels are amazing.
The personal touch is a welcome change to the big rental companies and I was given my car through Thrifty Car Rental anyway but at half the retail cost if I had booked direct with Thrifty, I got my voucher within 15 minutes emailed direct to my inbox. Brilliant, really chuffed with Fourmotion and I will book again.

Booked online, got my car rental voucher within 20 minutes, I bagged free delivery to the terminal and a free additional driver, not the cheapest in the world but I would rather pay a bit extra for good service, that's why i use them every year for the past 6 years.

I found Fourmotion Car Rental via the internet, I needed a car for three weeks from Heathrow Airport, booked it on-line I also needed to change my plans whilst I had the car and the reservations team did a fantastic job of changing my booking around to meet my tight schedule. Overall really satisfied with the service I received, the car was a new VW Passat with only 2400 nmiles on the clock, I would recommend Fourmotion to anyone.

Do not use this company. They effectively act as an unnecessary go between between you and the major rental suppliers. They falsely claimed on their website that they had access to a people carrier. Once I had booked, they emailed me to say that they had sold out of that model but could secure a Mondeo/Passat sized car instead for £109 which included Fourmotion's £22 which they state is non-refundable. Not what I asked for but thought with little time it was better than no car at all for the following day to transport all the family to a wedding miles away. When I arrived, I was told by Alamo they had nothing but a ford focus left. To cut a long story short, I ended up having to pay another company £371.

I have used Fourmotion Car Rental once previously, they are a car rental broker and have very competitive rates. I have had excellent service from fourmotion car rental with great communication by phone and email, they can even text (SMS) your car rental voucher if needed. The cars supplied are all new my car was supplied by National.
Overall very happy.

Booked a car initially with this company, and then they did come back as sold out... should have read the message about Christmas car hire being sold out, but to their credit they did find me a cancellation and within one hour I had full confirmation of my booking with Alamo for the price I originally booked for. So far an excellent experience no problems.

Made a reservation on the website. They indicated several (6-8) vehicle choices with different prices. Gave my credit card number. Got a confirmatory email. Then later got another email saying they had NO cars of any sort, and hence I had no reservation.

I can only say good things about fourmotion car rental, the price and the personal service I alway get is great, there is no call centre so you always get to speak to a human by phone or email, booking is easy on-line, overall they may not be the cheapest but the quality of service and new cars makes all the difference.

I disagree with bas01, the service I received from Fourmotion was excellent. I thought their customer service levels were outstanding as they not only replied to my booking promptly, but were able to advise me on other car rental issues. The rates were competitive and I found the service to be personal and courteous. I had no problems when I collected my car from London Victoria over the weekend ... all round a very pleasant experience.

Terrible. The website is misleading and the staff are extremely disingenuous. The website led me to believe that I could hire a car for a certain price, I called and was told the same thing. I was about to give my card number when it suddenly became clear that the terms had changed and when I explained that the website had stated otherwise I was basically called a liar.

I contacted Fourmotion car rental a few months ago for a booking for the end of September, the staff could not have been more helpful. Very imformative about the collection procedure at Heathrow Airport. I got my voucher within minutes and my experience was very good. It was only a cheap car and I found the overall service to be really good. I had to wait at the pick up point a little too long but this was not Fourmotion Car Rentals fault.

We accept that companies can make mistakes and review sites can help future clients make an informed choice, but the fact is we were not given the opportunity to help this client as he did not contact us when he arrived at the rental desk to advise there was a problem with his booking, this was a confirmed and booked reservation by a worldwide car rental company, as we are a car rental broker we do not know there is a problem until contacted by the client, had the client contacted us by email, telephone or left a message on our message facility we would have rectified the error, the whole facts have not beeen made clear by the client.
