Excellent service as usaul. Very nice staff. Food can improve a bit, but it is way better than other airlines you serve rubbish. Keep up your hard work Air Malta.

This price was cheap. You get more for than you pay. the flight on time and excellent flight. The service is 5 star.

Airmalta service is excellent considering the priced paid ! No added extras for luggage, food & drinks - The food is far better than Lufthansa and it's half Lufthansa price with double the service. Who needs miles and more, anyway ? :)

just brilliant. The best airlines I've ever flewn with. Fligth on time quality of food very good everything was execllent. When I've flewn with ryanair was a disaster.

Prior to travelling business class with Air Malta for the first time we wondered, having read various reports, what to expect We need not have worried.
Our first encounter was the business class check in at Heathrow. We were greeted with a smile and without any delay we were checked in and into the lounge - The Holideck. The lounge was quite adequate for short haul legs. It was clean; had a good selection of cold snacks and a range of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.
Once on the flight KM.101 (10.50 departure Tuesday 4th May 2010)) we were offered, prior to departure, either orange juice or water. The cabin crew were cheerful and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Prior to serving an adequate meal both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks were offered together with wine with the meal. Finally an after dinner drink was offered with the coffee to finish off.
On our return flight KM.106 (15.40 departure 14th May 2010)) both the check in. lounge and flight were of an equally high standard with all staff, both ground and cabin being extremely helpful and cheerful.
If we were to make some criticism, then it would be the usual one of delay in receiving our luggage. Although Business Class passengers had priority tags on luggage checked in not all of these came through at the start - in our case two came through quickly and the last one towards the end.
I have read of people complaining that the business class seats are really economy class where 3 seats, with a little more leg room and seat pitch, serve 2 people. Whilst this is true, bear in mind that the aircraft is operated by a small regional airline, who also use the aircraft as an all economy seating arrangement. What someone might consider lacking with the seating arrangement, is more than compensated for by the friendly cabin staff
Finally if you still think the seating is not upto that of large international carriers we would suggest that you have never flown in a DC3, or flown on Aeroflot where, and we write from experience, the aircraft carried standing passengers and seat belts were not fitted to the seats.

I was very impressed with Air Malta and the check in was very speedy with no long queues. The flights took off on time both going out and on the return journey and the meals were very good with wine and coffie to follow. The customer service also was very good and efficient.
I can't think of anything I disliked about Air Malta and I would definately travel with them again.

I've travelled many times with air malta in the last year and only got delayed once for two hours to Amsterdam. The excuses were lame ... true ... but it only happened to me once out of like 20 flights.
Food is basic but always fresh. You might get something 'premium' like chicken with rice but this only seems to happen on-inward flights after which you will get a questionnaire to answer therefore: no questionnaire = no chicken.
Staff always friendly, good in-flight information, Cartoons and comedy on short flights and movies on long-haul flights.
Now the airline has also introduced web-checkin like other major airlines for more efficiency.

Overall Air Malta provide a good service. I've flown with them numerous times, and never had any problems.

Malta is a beautiful place and the flight staff are brimming with confidence and happiness. Flew with Air Malta may 2008, Heathrow to Malta.

Been flying with them for years now and have never encountered any major problems. Since the arrival of low cost airlines to Malta, Air Malta has reduced its prices which can only be a good thing.

Would and already have recommended Air Malta to lots of people.
Missed my flight on 30th November due to hold caused by an accident. So Have had to purchase a flight with British Jet for 7 Dec. haven't even got to the airport yet and I am disappointed with their customers service. Its looks like I will stick to Air Malta in future. Well Done all Staff of Air Malta.

Flew with Air Malta from Birmingham to Sharm (Egypt) having booked a Air Atlanta flight, to turn up and find that Air Malta were taking us on behalf of Air Atlanta and can only say we were happy all round especially the Captain who was very happy and talkative. We did not book food with Air Atlanta only to find Air Malta gave everyone a meal ...well done Air Malta

We have flew several with air malta because it's always good. The price for 4 persons was only 385 euro and with easy jet was 510 . the flight was on time and the food qualtiy was better than last year.
