I joined Direct Holiday Homes last year to advertise my caravan for letting. I must admit I thought the fee is quite low and so I thought give it a go and if I had a couple of enquiries it would pay for itself. I must say that they have been fantastic and would thoroughly recommend. They have totally exceeded my expectations on every count. Firstly, the service had been excellent. Extremely prompt and personable with nothing too much trouble. The site itself is extremely user friendly both from an owners point of view as well as potential guests. They have made a couple of enhancements this year which has further improved the owners ability to self administer. The level of enquires has seen 85% of my bookings coming through DHH. I would thoroughly recommend the team.

I always rent via owners but this time was so disappointed. Looe cornwall holiday park. Upon arrival the caravan was filthy, full of dust on all surfaces, bedding for the sofa bed had brown stains on couldn't use. Blinds in kitchen, and both bathrooms awful with not just a week worth of dust and grime. The shower was black on the doors with mold so too the tiles. The sink was white but wax brown. The carpets had not been cleaned for ages not just dust but half eaten chocolate and sweets. Totally disgusting when Sent pics to owner told she'd cleaned from top to bottom I was lieing. Joke.
