The staff were very helpful and may the whole experence very easy. Delivery was a bit slow but it was christmas time. The equipment is brillant very good quality and a good price, great insruction to build it, the paint job is a very high standard, not keen on the colour, but the fact it a solid build piece of kit makes up for it.

i bought a powertec home gym, this product is awesome, all of my friends comment on the build quality of this piece of equipment. It is plate loaded, extremely versatile and is more than you will ever need to complete your home workout.

the dumbells i ordered were first rate, i went to a store to buy them but they didnt have them at the store so i had to get them delivered, no biggy. overall good shop

Much appreciate the prompt and efficient service. It didn't take long to put together and seems to do exactly what it says on the tin! Now I just have to use it!!

A couple of weeks ago I visited the London shop as I was interested in purchasing a smiths machine. I spoke to a young gentlemen, I think his name was Alex, who helped me find the best option, I originally looked at Bodysold piece of equipment and was allowed to try it out as they had it in their shop. They didn't have stock of it in the shop so I ordered it for delivery, it turned up about a week later by 2 delivery men who put it in my garage. Installing it was pretty simple, however I recommend getting help from another person if you are not a very "hands on" person like myself. All in all a good machine and good shop, would recommend visiting the store to try stuff out.

Well i have had a treadmill and a bicycle from you, both have been value for money, the treadmill gave me some trouble, but each time you repaired it and left me a satisfied customer, this is basically what keeps me coming back.

After deciding that I need to lose a few pounds and improve my fitness I set my heart on buying a rowing machine/exercise bike combo. Most websites had sold out on the model that I wanted but then I stumbled across Fitness Superstore. Not only did it have the machine I wanted in stock, it was also the best value and included a free gift. I placed my order and my confirmation email told me to wait about 5-7 working days for delivery. Two weeks later I was still waiting, I gave it a few extra days because of bank holiday Monday. I checked this website for reviews to make sure I hadn't bought from a dodgy website and the results worried me, quite a lot of people were waiting for their products for over a month. After seeing this I called their customer service, I got through after about three attempts. The lady was very polite and said that my order was on hold because the free gift was out of stock. I said that I wasn't really interested in the free gift so she said she would dispatch my order. I received my order two days later. The only thing lacking is communication, It would have been good to get an email letting me know the status of my order when they knew that the free gift was out of stock. Otherwise I would recommend using them.

Liked the look af the Bodypower Sports / Fitness Superstore website so decided to buy an Elliptical machine. All turned up on time so A ++

I order a tunturi c65 on sale for half price from fitness superstore last week. I called the next day to check on delivery times and was told they were currently out of stock and it would be available in three days. This made me a little suspect, and after reading some negative online reviews of the store I was not very optimistic about getting the elliptical anytime soon. However, when I called back three days later I was informed that it was indeed in stock, and that they could deliver it the next day, which they did. Each time I called I was connected promptly and had very helpful customer service people. Contrary to many of the reviews here I had a very good buying experience. I would certainly recommend fitness superstore.

I ordered a Reebok Series 5 exercise bike but a Cross Trainer was delivered(in 3 days). One quick phone call later and within another 3 days(because of the weekend) I had received my bike and the Cross Trainer was picked up. Fantastic customer service and a remarkable price. Be careful of the couriers (who are NOT part of Bodypower) as my 2 man team turned out to be 1 man who made me remove my parcel from his lorry and watched me struggle on my own take it into my house.
