I am Lycatel user and i never had problem with it. It's probably you people who dont know how to use it and then blaim in on someone else! first read instructions properly, try and you will see it works! i also never had problem with top up! i think some of you is making things up just to make extra money or there was everything alright with top up, you had the money,used minutes to call families while you were drunk and didn't remember after! I would recommend Lycatel to everyone!

I use a Lycatel phone card, and I get quite a lot of minutes to my destination.
Call quality is also quite good. When I had to call customer service, they were quite helpful.
Overall, I rate Lycatel as being good and offering a good service.

I think Raj2380's is actually a supervisor or a customer service representative of lycatel....... he is the only one to be happy with Lycatel !
