When we went to Majorca, we stayed at the Cala Gran Hotel Apartments. It was terrible! We stayed in a self catering studio. It was dirty and a bit shabby. Maid service was disgusting - beds not changed once in 2 weeks and not even made. Floor swept once. The pool was dirty with tiles missing and ants crawling every where! I would never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone! I would definitely recommend and return to Cala d'Or but never to the Cala Gran Hotel!

Cala Dor is an excellent resort and I would go back. I wouldn;t select this particular hotel again though. The resort is clean and the food excellent. The water park was good also.

I'm glad I went to Cala D Or because I met some lovely people and they made it great but I don't recommend the Cala Gran Hotel to anyone who is thinking of staying there.

The apartments were well maintained and we found we were in a good location to explore Cala D'Or. On arrival ther had been a very heavy downpour and the resort was badly flooded as a result. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very good and we had plenty of enjoyable times there. All in all an excellent place to stay.
