The website booking system for Eurostar Bargain isn't updated as fast as the ticket codes change and therefore when trying to book packages (hotel and train) often you can't then sort out seats and things like that. However the website telephone support staff are very helpful and try their very best to sort out any problems. Don't phone on a weekend, especially a Sunday as they take a long time to answer and you have to keep listening to the recorded message!

On Friday evening I carried out a booking with them for the following Tuesday morning. I gave my details with creditcard number. A receipt was sent by email with a message that they will contact me very shortly. All the time I ring them, the message goes in the answering mechine and no one rings back. I complain the matter to Eurostar. They are unable to trace the booking.
