I ordered a porcelain dermablend 12g stick from them. I have serve facial burns on my face, and I cannot go out with covering up my burns on my face first.

They sent me a 12g stick of Bronze coloured, which is for people with dark coloured skin, I am porcelain white. When I contacted them, they said it was my fault for ordering the wrong item. But I ordered porcelain and have been ordering porcelain from them for years.

It turns out their website, if the product is out of stock, if will change the colour to another shade without telling you, then claim because you clicked order that its your fault. It turns out they are trying to push a new 4.5 stick that seems to cost about the same as 15g but half the size.

I explained to them, I was unable to go outside or to work without this product the heartless people refused to even acknowledge my problem, then said they would not even sent out the 4.5gram replacement. they had cheek to ask me to pay for the P&P even though they were in the wrong, clearly shows how little intrest in customer service they have. I now need find this product else where and not be able to go outside until it arrives.

Never order from these people!

I have ordered a delivery from Garden Pharmacy and OMG I am so impressed!!! I order a lot of stuff online, I am a known shopoholic, but rarely my experiences are that positive! The delivery was super fast, the packaging was superb and they even sent me free perfume samples! So thoughtful! From now on I will only order beauty products from them!

I am very impressed by The Garden Pharmacy! I found my favourite powder online for an exceptable price and ordered straight away. They didn't charge me for delivery, what is a big plus! Unfortunately, I've chosen the wrong colour of the powder and contacted them. I didn't expect such a quick reply, but just an hour later the customer service texted me, that it's no problem to switch the colour.

Unepextedly the item was out of stock, but The Garden Phamacy managed it, that I got my order within just 4 days.

It was a dream come true for me to discover www.garden.co.uk. I had scoured the shops, literally, for years, to try and find Almay moisture renew moisture cream after it starting disappearing from many shops and outlets. I had almost given up hope of ever finding my long lost favourite moisturiser until I discovered Garden Pharmacy. Garden Pharmacy is, I believe, the only shop in the UK - possibly the whole world - that stocks the whole Almay range, including the traditional Almay skincare basics which are fantastic for "truly" sensitive skin) The site also has a fantastic range of other hard to find goodies. Definitely worth a visit!
