This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered an item that I did not receive. When I started to look for the location of my goods, they said that they left it with a neighbor and that they do not take any responsibility. I asked to send a picture, they ignored my request. You sent a delivery history where neither the street nor the apartment is specified, only the district. Not even a zip code.

Shame on the Shuh company.

I have a seen a few reviews, basically Schuh are selling low price shoes on auctions to attract good will of customer. The problem is, the products don't actually exist. Once the auction is won, they refuse to send the special discount shoes, there are no shoes at these prices. They win shoes for 20 pounds and they send a coupon for ten percent off full price!! Which triples the price. They won't offer similar products even though they have thousands.

Beware of Schuh.co.UK scams! Be careful online!

have ordered some trainers from schuh, needed them fast so i chose next day delivery at an extra cost of £4.99. however it has now been three days and i still do not have my trainers. the reason i needed them has now passed, so it was a waste of money requesting the next day delivery.

I recently ordered some shoes online from Schuh, having not been able to get hold of them in the store. I was very impressed with the range they had on the website, with the shoes organised into easy to find categories with several search options (i.e by brand, type, gender etc). I also found that the website stock quite unique shoes, which you wouldnt find elswhere in other high street stores, without being overpriced. I found the website easy to use, with lots of information.

I received the goods only 2 days after ordering them, which I thought was excellent. The shoes are in perfect condition and were well packaged. I would definitely use this site again, ideal for those who cannot easily get to a Schuh store or want something different.

I recently travelled up to a shopping centre that had the shop, schuh, but the shop was small and crowded, so I decided to look them up online.

I'm really glad I did!

Not only does the shop have great shoes, but, also currently has a sale on. As a sale lover this was an extra bonus.

I bought some low heel black with silver shoes, for clubbing for only £20. (Plus £2:50 p&p). These particular shoes were originally £44:99. They arrived two days after ordering, which I thought was fantastic, and they fit perfectly.

The service was so good, I went back onto the site a few days later, and again sailed through the many shoes. I ended up back in the sale part, and found some pink Kickers pumps with black stars for £15! (Originally £34:99) They're were so cute, I couldn't resist. Again two days later they arrived.

A girl can never have enough shoes!!

The returns policy is great, and offers two different ways to return unwanted items (although I haven't returned any items), and exchange or get a total refund.

The site is well laid out, and has so many shoes, any shoe lover will be in heaven!

I definitely recommend this site.
