The Vauxhall Tigra 1.8 Sport looks great, but what a nightmare when anything goes wrong. It's been back to the garage 9 times for the boot as it has a intermittant fault where the boot stops about 6 inch down, drive shaft went one saturday night, leather on seat flakes and yesterday passsenger window would not close.

Having owned my 56 reg Vauxhall Tigra 1.8 Exclusiv for 7 months, you can imagined how upsetting it was for it to catch fire whilst driving to work at the end of August. There is a fault which has been reported in 53, 54 and 55 reg Corsa's and Tigra's which when the ABS wiring gets wet can cause fire. I am now without car and it is yet to be seen whether the issue is now being seen in 56 reg cars as well.. buy with caution... A great car - shame about the fire risk..
