I ordered three demo rackets from them and when arrived, two had signs of wear, one very minor and another had a small dent in the frame. Initially did not paid too much attention as used other companies previously and expected some wear and tear. After very light demo hitting, when rackets were returned, customer service blamed me for the damage and refused to refund me.This is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone use the rackets demo service at tennisnuts.com. The company representative claimed that rackets were new, even though two out of three had clear signs of wear and tear. Don't make my costly mistake.

Returned Demo rackets. 9 days after had to chase for refund to be told they are keeping an extra £40 as too damaged. Rackets were not. I suggest if you use them then take photos of rackets received and going back to prove yourself if a problem. Very disappointed in their poor business practice

processed the payment for a website purchase. a few days later, when the delivery was due, surprise surprise...it's a no show. I e-mailed them and they respond that they don't deliver to my address.

Its the worst company in the world. They processed my order & charged my card but then simply added a note to the order asking for £50 more saying pricing error. No attempt to contact me, no apology, no effort to find a solution! When I asked I was pointed to Ts & Cs saying contract is valid only when the item is delivered. Never do business with a company that does not care about the customer. Just unscrupulous

Bought a pair of shoes, the shoes were defective and so I requested the return. The return was rejected and they sent me the defective shoes back. Be careful with this store. Even if the website states "free return no questions asked" you end up losing money. One more thing, when you call, be prepared to be hang up at your face by people from the customer service. The gentlemen on the phone ended the conversation saying "I am not intentioned to help you about this matter. The case is resolved with a rejection" :-((((((((((( Very bad experience.

I bought my son some Adidas trainers from here, they were the best price I could find on line, arrived quickly, very pleased. After a few months of wear the Adidas stripes on one trainer started to peel off. I emailed tennis nuts got a very quick response saying to return them for free so they could return them to Adidas to be looked at. As this is my son's only pair of tennis trainers and he plays up to 5 times a week this wasn't ideal. The customer service agent said I could send photos which I did and very quickly I got a response to say a replacement pair of trainers will be sent out. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend buying from tennis nuts.

Reading the reviews here, I almost did not purchase a badminton racket from Tennisnuts.com. However most of the reviews here are old and am glad I took the chance. Delivery was really quick. I bought it on late Thursday evening and received a text and email on Friday afternoon notifying me it’s been despatched. Without paying extra for weekend delivery, the racket arrived on Saturday morning to my surprise. Overall, I’m really glad that I bought it from Tennisnuts.com and would definitely recommend to my friends.

They took £750 from my account for an item supposedly in stock. Six weeks later I have nothing except failures to return calls. When I chase them, I receive different & conflicting updates. Appalling.

Received a defective racket. Couldn't get a customer service response. Tennis nuts return policy which states customers pay postage for return of defective products is illegal. Prices were cheap but that isn't worth the hassle if things go wrong.

I bought mens t-shirt from here two months ago. I have got an email saying that is out of stock, I asked my money back, they said it takes 2-3 working days, but I still haven't got them. I got an email saying that they cancel my order. I asked to double check, because maybe it is a mistake. They never replied. But sorry where is my money??? They started ignore me.... What a service. Be careful! Would not use them again!

Should have checked the reviews first. Ordered on the 1st of the month, shipped on the 10th of the month. Ordered 2 items (and paid for it), shipped 1 item. This facts speak for them self I guess.

They were going to charge $132 shipping to Saudi Arabia for a single racquet when another US based online store (which would be farther away from the Middle East) would only charge $27. Customer service is bad, takes ages for them to reply to emails. International customers, stay away.

Initially ordered around £215 worth of nike tops. They arrived late, but when they did, I found that only 4 out of the 10 were appropriate for me. Spending such an amount meant I did not have to pay post and packaging. However, upon returning my items, via the big box they sent me, I was charged £12.98 by the post office. This by the opinion of the post office worker and myself was over the top for the goods inside which could have been sent via polothene packet instead of a big and bold box. Most parcels are also valued through their size. Upon phoning tennis nuts up, they were very blunt and said if you read their returns policy (which I did ) you would see that payment rests with the sender. I can only appreciate this so far. I still spent in total around £70 and it was evident that the goods did not need to be sent in a box that size. I found out too late, that i would have beeb cheaper for both them and me to send it via 2 seperate polothene packets. But of course, this was my fault for not realising this according to them. Other tennis companies have been great with similar situations offering free returns when spending a lot as well as little. Please do not get caught out by their sneaky returns policy. Just think about how much it would cost you if you bought a stringing machine and it was of no use???? Tennis nuts??? driven me nuts indeed!

They sell defective rackets which snap after 2 weeks to 3 months. The first one they replaced but I had to pay to send the old one back a Babolat Pure. It cost me dear. Then I sent another back and they refused to feplace or refund. Then the 3rd one went and I am still waiting for them to pick it up. I am sick of spending money to send rackets back. I now know that there is a global problem with this racket and they are still selling it. It is advertised as a racket for serious junior players. I'm disgusted with Tennisnuts and am taking them to court. My name is Mark Moss.

I ordered a nike t-shirt and something else. I got a mail with the details of the charge of my credit card. No details about the number of shippment or the status of my order. No answers to my emails. After one week they asked me to change my order because they did not have the size I ordered, and they offered me an other item. In their site the t-shirt I wanted was available when I made the order. I cancelled my order. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.

I've previously ordered tennis racquets from tennisnuts before and received goods quickly and without issue. Unfortunately I received a order a racquet recently and it was strung uncorrectly. They didn't respond to any of my emails and I had to chase them a number of times on the phone. They finally sent me a couple of sets of cheap strings as compensation and when I complained about this they said send it back then but did not offer to pay for postage.

Purchased items on a Saturday and credit card was charged for amount immediately. Received confirmatory email from website. Specifically asked to be notified of any problems when purchasing, BEFORE card is charged. No reply from Tennisnuts for 3 days until I sent 2 emails. Was told that purchase value was too high for the use of a credit card for 1st time buyers. Nowhere was this stated on the website and card was charged anyway despite my instructions telling them not to charge card if there are any problems. Was told payment will be refunded but I will lose on the exchange rate as an overseas buyer. Also asked to pay using bank transfer, which will incur more costs.

Mark, I'm having exactly the same issue with these guys. My first racket broke on the first day of play. They did pick it up and replaced. However, I'm not pleased with racket and I asked for cancellation before 30 days. I have send the Racket after confirming with them. It's very funny because they said it must be in resalable condition. I haven't played with it but just didn't like it. Now they are saying they said they may not accept it as I have taken out the plastic from the grip. I really didn't want to cancel but I wanted to swap with a much more expensive racket, I'm thinking twice now. Very helpful review
