Use victoria cars for the first time last week they picked us up from the airport as arranged within 20 minutes we were on the road the car was in good condition and clean on drop of they took us back to the airport and within 24 hours they had returned my fuel deposit very helpful staff would certainly recommend and will use again

We were holidaying in Calpe when my wife was admitted into Hospital in Benidorm, with a serious life threatening condition, she was in Intensive Care for 5 days and then a further 10 days in a general ward. I hired a car from Victoria Car Hire Calpe so that I could travel through to Hospital each day. The guys at the car booking reception were extremely helpful and while I was signing the paperwork for the car I received an urgent phonecall from the Hospital Surgeon asking me questions about the medication my wife was on and he had to know immediately before they operated. I don’t speak Spanish and was getting very distressed trying to communicate with the Doctor in broken English, one of the guys spoke to the Doctor on my behalf and from a list I had of all the different medication my wife was on he confirmed that she was not on the particular tablets the Doctor was concerned about which allowed him to go ahead with the operation. Which helped save my wife’s life. I can’t thank the guy enough. The car I hired was a Peugeot 208 Automatic which was great.You need to pay in advance for a full tank of fuel, which was duly refunded onto my credit card within a week after I returned the car. Overall a Great service

We hired a Car in Calpe through hotel reception and had it delivered with no cost. Full insurance and full to full for just under 100€ with free mileage. Recommendable.

Waiting for us hand over of car took very little time as did return. Great service

Is now 21 years since we use this company at Alicante and Valencia airports. We have always had good experience. Maybe is not the cheapest but it offers a great service and quality cars. We always recommend them to all our friends.

We have booked 2 weeks ago a car at Alicante airport with their fully comp insurance. On arrival they didn't even asked for a credit card and we paid with debit, no inspection of the car and on return one of the emplyees checked the fuel and made a refund back on my card for the fuel left. It was the first time with them and the experience was not bad at all.

On sunday morning, i had a tehnical problem with the car on the road of Calpe to Benissa and in les than 1 hour, the servicecar was at the place and the care was changed . Thank you at the equipement very much - Guy Vanachter - Belgium - 20.09.2015

We hire a car with Victoria cars last April and wee have received a very good service. The car was nearly new and the I had to pay no deposit at all. It is true that I had a full insurance that they sell online and did not worried about anything. On return I just gave them the keys the guy there had a quick look at the car and that was all. The only thing I did not liked was that I had to pay 20 euros to pick op the car full and return it full, apparently an ''administration'' fee. I have seen this fees in all companies at Alicante airport so I guess it is just a was of copensating the low prices the sell the cars.

We rented out a car with victoria at Valencia airport at the end of April. The car offered was not bad at all and the people at the office friendly. The only thing I did not likw was that there was a shuttle bus to take us to the office and the way back. I agree with all other comments and I suppose that is the reason of the really low prices they have.

We had a car with them the other day and the only thing we can say is that the service offered was simply great. We made a booking at their head office in Calpe and definatelly will get back to them. Unfortunatelly the car booked by us was not available at that moment, so we got a bigger car for the same price. The young guy at the desk was very nice and helpfull.

Can't believe some of the reports on here. Yes the car hire office was a little tricky to find but we followed the map which is on their website.
English staff served us. No problems what so ever. We fitted the baby seat but preffered to do this anyway to ensure it was fitted correctly.
WOULD DEF' use again.
Perhaps some people would be better of staying in England watching English T.V and eating English food.
Who goes abroad unprepared - I know i dont and my translation book goes everywhere. When in Rome and all that.
Hire the Pathfinder - lovely car

I got the car I ordered (Nissan Pathfinder 7 seater). The car was clean and everything worked. As others have mentioned, it is a good idea to inspect the car before you take it, for scratches etc. I pointed out a couple of scratches but they were not interested in noting them down. However nothing was said when I returned the car either so no harm done.

Finding their "office" in the parking lot was not the easiest task - they should at least provide directions to their facilities.

No problem recommending them to anyone.

Give the main car hire desks a miss at Barcelona - when we travelled in August - Victoria Car Hire had a desk set up in the car park! - no Queues and Car waiting to go! - Just has to complete and sign a form and we were away. great value for money too - would definitely use them again - very friendly efficient staff too!
