would have been 5 stars recieved phone and free gift of xboxone within 36 hrs all good but the xbox had been opened and the free gold trial removed and box sealed with another seal over the original xbox one should come with free trial not happy about that

Phone arrived next day as promised free gift of a tablet was recieved within 2 weeks sent next day delivery. My wife also ordered a phone which arrived next day and the free gift of an xbox one again arrived within 2 weeks meaning one happy son at christmas

I was very happy with the communication and customer care I received , also the speed I received my new phone , all very good . I was told that I would receive a wireless speaker as a free gift with my phone which I didn't receive . I sent an e-mail to ask where it was but never got a reply . I think that aftercare is as important as the care received before despatch , therefore I am a little annoyed that I haven't received my free gift and that the e-mail I sent asking about it has been , until now , ignored . I would appreciate an update on this issue please

Very helpful happy service although took a little while to get through to them on the phone. I have also not received my free gift a week later. The phone arrived the next day even though I ordered it late on a Friday which was great.

Ordered my Nexus 5 from buymobiles.net because they were able to offer the most value for money. I have to admit that it was only after I had placed my order that research started to highlight some negative reviews, and I was a bit concerned. I needn't have been. I placed my order late on a Sunday evening, and my phone arrived early on Tuesday morning. It was exactly what I had ordered - a brand new Nexus 5. (It's a great phone). There was a slight error on the accompanying receipt, but a phone call to buymobiles, which only involved a three minute wait in the queue, had the issue resolved and a new corrected receipt was with me a day or so later. The young lady who took my call was polite, friendly and efficient. It was crystal clear from the order summary that there would be an inclusive 'gadget support' service that would later incur a charge, unless cancelled. Cancelling the service was simplicity itself, and involved a very short phone call to yet another helpful young lady who cancelled the service and sent an email to me confirming that had been done. Would it be better if the service wasn't tied in to the order? Probably. But its not difficult to cancel and I dont regard it as a major issue of concern. I note that some reviewers have complained about the lack of contact from buymobiles throughout the transaction. My experience was entirely different. I had an email to confirm my order, Another telling me that I had access to the online order status, and another advising me that the phone had been despatched, and that include a parcel tracking number and a direct link to the postal site. Top marks for that. The reason that I haven't given 5 stars is simply because of the tied in gadget support service. I believe that some may overlook this and potentially forget to cancel it - thus incurring an initial charge for six-months service payable in advance. I dont regard it as a scam or in any way dishonest, but it would be better if it wasn't there. Otherwise, top quality and efficient service that I will use again.

Left ordering the IPhone 5s and contract for my son for Xmas until very last minute due to circumstances beyond my control. Even so, managed to take delivery of 'phone before Christmas. When I asked on Xmas Eve to change my contract to another network, having discovered the one I'd chosen has poor reception where we live, there was no problem doing this. (Luckily I hadn't opened the packaging and was able to return the phone intact back to Buymobiles). We received the second 'phone the day after Boxing Day and my son was delighted. The only thing I would have liked, would have been some guidance as to the best network and contract for my son. I have no knowledge at all of phones etc. and it was a struggle for me to choose the best deal. I realise if I'd planned my purchase in advance there would have been time for me to ask for advice. It also wouldn't have been SO difficult to get through to you on the 'phone! The other thing I didn't like, was the compulsory membership of the Gadgetline service which the customer has to remember to cancel if you don't want it to continue.

Ordered my phone with free laptop, phone arrived two days later. Still waiting for the laptop but have received email from company saying there will be a delay and could take up to 28days. must admit tho that trying to get hold of customer services is a nightmare and they are slow to reply to emails.

Lots of bad review made me a bit wary, but you can't beat the prices anywhere. Ordered the phone (S4) on the monday and got it on the tuesday and its great. Cheapest out there, and fast easy service...how can there be so many bad reviews? Well I guess that the majority who have no problems don't leave a review, which is why I am. Good company from my experince and would recommend and use again. Only problem wiht it all is blooming ASDA who have royally messed me around with their new system swap to EE and I'm never going to them again! Cheers, Rob

I have purchased 3 phones in total from buymobiles.net, they have always arrived next day. I have recently ordered a samsung galaxy ace for my daughter with free iPod touch. iPod has not been dispatched yet but it's been 8 days. Really hoping that after reading several reviews that it arrives soon. Counting on it for a Christmas present!! I'm starting to doubt I'm going to get it! X

Spotted a good deal on an i-phone 4S for my teenage son. After a bit of messing with proofs of ID (trying to find a recent bill - a lot done online,so no paper bills! Or a bank statement with no negative activity, who doesn't have an overdraft.?!?!) the matter was resolved and within hours of my ID being approved, the phone was dispatched and arrived the next day, much to my sons delight. Also, had no problems when phoning customer service and found them to be as helpful as they could be and pleasant. Thank you.

Great price and got the phone very quick - seemed very professional too - only annoying thing is that I got a discount of 50% on the first 9 months rental but it's a lot of hassle to get the refunds - sending in copy phone bills and the final refund isn't until the end of the phone contract in 24 months!! Sure they could have done it far simpler.

I had a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone using O2 network from Buy Mobile Phones and was delighted with the phone and the service and choice was excellent.They sent a reminder regarding the end of my existing set contract and upgrade choices. I looked on the website and got a call from an advisor and confirmed a new phone and contract immediately. I am delighted with my phone and it came the following day. The only minor complaint was that the advisor never made it clear that I would need to order another sim card. She did say that I needed one but never said I needed to order it. So, I waited a couple of days before I phoned back and was then told to get in touch with )2 to get my new microsim. Other than that, I am delighted.

The delivery was brilliant received the phone the next day has it stated it would. The phone itself is excellent all the features you would expect from a smartphone, my only issue would be that the battery is NOT removable which I am not really keen on, because if the battery goes you have to change the whole phone, or send it to the manufacturer to deal with that issue. Also no SD card was included in the package. Screen size is excellent 4.7". I would recommend this phone to friends.

The phone took around 45 days to come and we had to chase a couple of times as Buy Mobile Phones needed more info to set up the contract with O2. However the price was good so they wait and minor inconvenience was worth it.
