bought a water pump had trouble with the specific pump I wanted didn't have and couldn't get so very generously upgraded to the next model at no extra cost. Very pleased with the customer service and A1 man management skills

Do NOT trust these guys to give you impartial advice. They will push you towards their most profitable products which already have inflated prices. Shop around and avoid them.

Got a airoponics system turned up with parts broke and parts missing phoned up promised they whould send the parts out been 3 month now still nothing

The people at Esoteric Hydroponics are very knowledgeable in their field, nothings too much for them. Ask a question get a very good answer, cant fault them.

I really like this shop and all the staff in it :) They have sorted me out time and time again both with advice and equipment. They have my trust and loyalty. Will not shop any where else on or off line!

The system I purchased from Esoteric Hydroponics has out yielded anything else I've used in the last 11 years of growing. They might be a bit more expensive than other places but each time I've rang them up they've given me really good support which is worth a fortune in its self.
