Pretty Polly are one of my favourite brands of tights for everyday wear. I find they fit pretty well, don't ladder as easily as a lot of cheaper brands (for example a lot of supermarket own brands) and don't get too mangled in the washer. Their range of opaques is pretty good too and don't get baggy in the crotch. I've had cheaper makes that do that and it's horrible! For a special occasion, like a night out I'd plump for a more "designer" brand, but if I need to get a pair in a shop in a hurry, PP are a reliable name to look for
