I have been a regular on-line and in-store customer of Hobbs for several years. I have always found their clothing to be of high quality. I know I can order items with confidence; the sizes are always the same, the 'look' is that as illustrated on their web-site. There are size, length details, washing instructions, etc. - all the information you need before purchase. My experience in ordering items to be delivered to my home in Europe is that items ordered on-line are delivered quickly and are always well-packed. On one occasion after I had worn a blouse a couple of times, I noticed that a seam was coming apart. I contacted Customer care, they advised me to send it back and they delivered a replacement to me without any quibble very quickly. Refunds following returns are made promptly. Customer Care staff have always been courteous and helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will continue to order from Hobbs.

I bought 4 dresses for my bridesmaids from the Windsor Invitation branch and the customer service in store was excellent, both the ladies where really helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I had to return one but that was no problem as I was able to return it without a fuss. I bought another online and that was delivered really quickly and the ordering process was very easy. One of my bridesmaids then became pregnant meaning that the dress (which was now sold out online and in store) would be too small but Beatrice, an absolutely fantastic employee from the customer service team, phoned me and tracked me one down in a bigger size. It arrived the next day. Fantastic service all round, I will shop here again and will recommend Hobbs to friends and family and probably strangers too!

Went to the Covent garden store on Long Acre, have to say its the service that makes the place so fantastic! i found the collection confusing (NW3) but there are some really beautiful pieces in the main range. If you want some really classic, tailored, designer feel items with personalised service this is for you.

I love Hobbs clothes. Made from quality fabric (A lot of pretty skirts made from wool and shirts in silk), they are classy and classic pieces that stand the test of time, and sometimes make me feel like a princess, nevermind posh (although that wasn't the intended effect). I am 25 and granted some of the clothing are a bit dated for me, but I can always find some that appeal.

I have browsed a few Hobbs branches only lightly, but I prefer to shop online because a fuller range is available, including the outlet section, which provides some real value savings given that Hobbs pieces are so expensive.

The online service is good. On my recent order I received a dispatch notification email a few hours after I made the order, so speediness is excellent. Clothes come enclosed in giftwrap paper in elegant black boxes. Returns are free of charge, which i like.

Most importantly I won't look like the average teen or girl in her twenties who belong to the Dorothy Perkins/Miss Selfridge/Top Shop brigade ALL THE TIME.

Quality garments in beautiful fabrics with a spectacularly good finish. The attention to detail makes every garment (and accessories) well worth the price tag. They frequently have good discounts which is usually when I buy!
Their packaging for home delivery makes the whole process very exciting! Love them!
