Pump It Up - Ministry Of Sound

Brilliant workout DVD, it's hard to begin with and at first I only done 3 sections of the dvd after a few days I started to do all the DVD and after 3 weeks I went from a dress size 12 to 10. I would recommend it. It's great fun!

Its the best workout i've ever done! great music! fun! and works miracles 2 your body. You can literally feel the pounds sliding off you. Has helped me lose stones in the past and is helping me again. Buy it ! Its so good!

Uses to many of the previous DVD'S moves. Not much point in buying both.

I got the Pump It Up excerise DVD a couple of days ago and think its great! I have done it twice so far and both times I have felt my muscles working and I feel great after doing it. Some of the steps are simple and others are a bit more difficult but you get used to them after doing it a few times.

The DVD consists of a warm up section, a dance section, a hi energy dance section, a bums and tums section ended with a cool down section.

The music is great. I have only done it twice but I cant see me getting bored of it. It also has some salsa and cha cha steps. I would defintely recommend it to both women and men.

PUMP IT UP - Ministry Of Sound: I LOVE this DVD, as I am quite familiar with dance music videos when I saw the DVD advertised I had to buy it. It is an aerobic/dance work out, suitable for men and women. I find it very explanitory and made me want to walk more places with my MP3 player on (Ministry Of Sound fitness friendly music). The DVD is quite demanding, I would not recommend it to somebody who does not enjoy a demanding work out, but I enjoy it very much. I have lost weight on my bum, tum and thighs since doing this dvd over the last months and I am not bored of doing the same work out.
