Purchase was made online with you're able shop. Excellent price considering the quality of the product. Very well made. Delivery on time. The only negative point I would make, somewhat reluctantly, is that there were no instructions with the goods. I did not find the assembly too difficult and I feel sure that had I contacted the company they would have sent me instructions. I wouldn't hesitate in using Youreableshop again nor recommending them.

Overall, the You're Able Shop online disability equipment shop were good. The prices, in particular on mobility scooters and ferrules are very low. Ferrules were 60p Vs £2 at boots. Scooters are way cheaper than buying in a store, and they will deliver to you and assemble.

I spoke to them about 4 times, and they were pretty responsive.
