“Bad Customer Service, not what I ordered”

Where to start with reviewing Quiz Clothing! I ordered a dress from them 2 weeks ago, standard delivery. The status on the online account changed from processing to awaiting dispatch daily over the course of a week. I waited until the last day of when I should have received it before I emailed them. It took 2 messages via their online contact form, 1 Facebook message and 3 emails before anyone got in touch. I only had a message from the Facebook account saying they'd pass it on, no apology. After the 6th message they did send my parcel on free next day delivery. I received it yesterday and after reading others reviews I wasn't surprised that it WASN'T the same dress I ordered. It's similar and just as nice, they've taken a similar looking maxi dress and shortened it. I've chosen to keep it because it is just as nice as what I originally ordered. Quiz clothing really need to drastically improve their standards of customer service and communication.

Quiz, in my opinion, is very over priced for the quality that you get. Although they do have a good range of clothing, they are a little more expensive than other high street stores. I also find that at my local branch, staff are very unhelpful and have a bad attitude to helping customers. I bought a top for £20 and having washed it once, found the seam came undone, so I was well within my rights to return it. When I took it back, the staff were not interested and very unhelpful. I would not shop there again.

Hi, probably a long shot but I bought an outfit in January for a wedding next month I've recently had surgery and it no longer fits, it still has tags on and I have got a receipt, would I be able to exchange it ?
