I thought this was a great shopping experience. Fantastic. Really helpful, Even went to a local Curry's store (DSG company like the link.com) and and asked the questions about my phone and they gave me great customer service. Would recommend this site to anyone.

I bought a Motorola E1000 mobile phone on the 3 mobile network from The Link in March 2005. I got it on a good deal, which was half price line rental, along with a free Bluetooth earpiece. 2 months later I had to exchange the earpiece as it wouldn't charge, and 6 months into the 12 month contract the phone developed a charging fault. I made 2 trips into the store I got the phone from, and each time I was fobbed off with the excuse that, although they had sold me the phone it was up to me to arrange with 3 mobile to have it fixed. It wasn't their problem!

After I specifically told The Link that I didn't want insurance and international calling options, I find I have both. After several phone calls they still don't want to know, and they insist that I did ask for them, even though the options are NOT on the contract I signed.

AMAZING!!! My phone arrived from The Link with no problems in just three days instead of 12!!! Perfect quality and the cheapest I have found for my phone. I am definitely going to do business with them again.

There are absolutely no bad points, the website is easy to navigate and buy from. It was an honour to do business with them!
