Trains are always late. End up buying another ticket/applying for a refund which takes up more time. Can never trust you will make your connecting train. It’s so bad it’s actually A bit sad. I have so many instances of this it’s hard to single one out so I’ll go for the most recent. I was told my train was delayed the day before travel then on the day of travel I was told it’s cancelled. Thanks national rail. Time to modernise perhaps. I don’t think I’ve ever had a run on your services that has gone as time tabled. Awful value for money. Truley awful.
