I didn't buy this washer/dryer, it came with my flat. I've found that the powder/softener tray, as with most machines, gets clogged up. Take the tray out of your machine and look at the gunk that surrounds the water holes.

I have only tried the dryer once and found it was steaming my clothes!

If I don't use the machine for a couple of days it starts to smell (it could be due to its age). It is also quite noisy.

I used to have Bosch washing machine, which I found was far superior and had a countdown timer. When this machine breaks, I'll be buying a Bosch.
