You Pay Interest On Interest

I call in to the customer center to get my pay off, the same day I scheduled the payoff. I then receive a bill in the mail for more interest. How can you get a pay off and then be billed for more interest you would never be able to get a correct pay off. At&T is scamming people. I have now closed this account and will never have AT&T in any form again.

I feel the FCC should be review there practice. Bad service from all aspects.

DON'T EVER GET THIS CARD. I HAVE A GREAT CREDIT SCORE AND A LOW BALANCE WHICH I PAY OFF EVERY MONTH. THEY CANCELED MY CARD BECAUSE OF THIS AND WANTED ME TO REAPPLY FOR A CARD AT A HIGHER APR (OLD CARD WAS 5.9%). . THEY ARE RUTHLESS. AVOID THIS CARD AND COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I AM GLAD THEY CANCELED ME SO THAT I CAN GET A NEW CARD WITH A BETTER AND MORE HONEST COMPANY.

I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC SINCE I AM SURE THIS IS HAPPENING TO OTHERS WITH THE RECENT CREDIT CRISIS.

I Was A Loyal 5 Years Customer With Two At&t Cards

I was a loyal 5 years customer with two AT&T cards in household. I NEVER had a single late payment! My husband was at the store buying a groceries and cashier told him that card was declined. I called customer service and they told me that they decreased my limit without even telling me due to some negative activity on my credit report. It is outrageous and I am closing both my cards since that is how they treated me as a good customer.

They Lost My Payment Twice In 8 Months! I Confirme

They lost my payment twice in 8 months! I confirmed that the check had cleared my bank, but they insisted that I had to send a copy of the front and back, BOTH times! By the time they figured out their data entry error, they had jacked up my card rate to 'default' 20%!! Then they refused to lower it again, and when I yelled at the clerk, they closed the account and wanted payment in full. There was no recognition of their mess-up having caused the whole problem!!!

I Have To Constantly Call At&t To Be Sure They Rec

I have to constantly call AT&T to be sure they received my credit card payment on time. I mail the bill the same day, and no later than the next day after receiving my statement, they never receive it on time. All other bills mailed the same day as the AT&T bill are received and posted within 3 - 4 days. Three weeks later, and AT&T have still not received the payment.

I Had A Late Payment On My At&t Universal Card Whi

I had a late payment on my AT&T Universal Card which I could not have possibly helped, my wallet had been stolen and I got my new bank info the day before my payment was due. On my due date I changed my bank info and made my payment not realizing that they take 6 days to update new acct info. The payment was processed on the old acct # was returned, then late. Two fees and my 0% went up to 29.99% variable. I explained the situation that there was no possible way for me to get to have gotten that in, they were willing to do nothing for me.
