We collected our chocolate lab puppy on the Tuesday and the breeder told us she was poorly with diarrhoea and she had changed her food as a result. The breeder believed this was down to the puppy having her vaccinations the day before. The puppy was repeatedly sick and her poo was runny, she was lerthargic and not behaving like a bouncy puppy . Two days after collecting the puppy and no sign of improvement we took her to the vet. The following day she was admitted to hospital with suspected parvo. This was four days after we collected her from Tabley Brook. We spoke to the breeder who became aggressive telling us there was nothing wrong with the other pups in the litter and she absolutely did not have parvo and that any illness she might be experiencing was something we had done. The vet tested the puppy and confirmed parvo and coxsidiosis and told us she was unlikely to survive. My children cried at the vets as they said goodbye to our poorly pup. The breeder remained very defensive when we asked her the question the vet had said we must ask her and referred to her reputation and that all other pups were well. The vet at the hospital tested further and the results from the lab confirmed the parvo was from the environment. As she came with the symptoms we deduced she had the parvo when we collected her. We also discovered that four out of the other five puppies in the litter had also been ill. £1600 and one week later by a miracle and the wonderful hospital she survived. Whilst we were over the moon to get our puppy back we were stressed and uoaet, out of pocket and the puppy took months to get back to normal strength. The breeder took no responsibility and failed to support us and declare that other puppies from the litter were also ill. Parvo could affect a puppy bought from the breeder or the kennela also at Tabley. Under no circumstances would I recommend the breeding side or kennels at this business.

Excellent , 5 star my dog loves it here. Nothing is too much trouble

I had to urgently place my 2 cats and my dog into knnels recently. It was necessary to take them in the evening, out of normal trading hours. The owners were very accomodating and asked if I could come now (20-30) they would accept them.

I found the staff friendly and I was able to take my cats to thier kennel and settle them in.
