Ordered an Asus Xonar soundcard because Spotonuk showed they had stock. Called back the next day when it was still shown as "processing" despite paying for next day delivery. Was told "we can't see that order on our system, it's not come through - the guy who deals with that isn't in yet" (at midday!) Was told they would phone back, but they never did. Eventually when I phoned them back again it turned out they didn't have stock at all, but evidently not only does their stock control system not work, they couln't be bothered to tell me when they found out (it would also seem order processing doesn't work properly). Wouldn't ever use again, and wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Would give 0 stars if that was possible.

I got my laptop from spotonuk. Just want to say thanks as the packaging was excellent and before usual time of 3 days.I got it next day and customer care rep followed up with a call. Loved your service. I am going to be their customer for a long time now.

I placed an order on the 19th June for a Logitech Quickcam Pro for Laptop via website. Completed the order payment by phone and was promised delivery on Tuesday 23rd. Rang on Tuesday as no delivery and was told Thursday. When I asked them to escalate this as was not acceptable, was rang back to be informed that the item was out of stock. Not exactly the answer I was looking for as would have been better to know this at time of order. So prices good, but you dont get delivery!

So, a year later from the last customer review and the Spotonuk website still does not generate emails to confirm order, nor does the website update order details with any updates either by email or on the order entry itself online.

Great 24" TFT Widscreen Monitor Nice bright display And found it on Spotonuk at staples for only £159.00 Only trouble is the rest of the family want one now. I use it for all things photo work and gaming plus programing has a very nice display.

Called Spotonuk up to amend delivery to next day straight after call. They said they will add note for the web manager to process... A little later, called them to chase as it was getting late, this time got someone who sounded like they were just a kid and didn't know what to do.Passed call to the previous assistant, and they said the order will be processed next day... before 2pm!!! Looking unlikely I may not get order before Friday (Tues today!).Let's see if they update me tomorrow :(

I ordered a PSU from Spot On UK just a week before Christmas, as mine had packed it in.

It was delivered after a couple of days. Christmas break saved, as I can get my studio computer up and running again, cheers!!

Used the Spotonuk website because I was getting pretty fed up with E-Buyer... but got used to their prices ! After trying to order from E-Buyer with no sucess (their website has really gone downhill), tried SpotonUK - got better products at overall cheaper prices !

I spoke to SpotonUK - they phoned me after e-mail complaint for delayed delivery of "out-of-stock" item - and what a difference ..... they are actually human ! They offered alternatives at same cost, then delivered in 24 hours.

Great products, extremely well packed, super prices, no humungous P&P (unlike some, huh!) and very, very, pleasant customer services with a sense of humour (so many have S-O-H by-pass these days).

I have absolutely no qualms in recommending SpotonUK - a refreshing change - they'll get my business from now on.
