Passo Tonale, La Torretta Hotel

La Torretta Hotel is a supercute hotel right next to amazing ski slopes. We found that the skiiers here are very good, and nice to other skiiers. The food on the hotel was very nice, and of course the staff was very friendly to us! The spa was nice, and this town has really got a nice atmosphere! I would really reccomend this place to others, especially if you like good skiing, nice food and friendly people, and really - who doesn't?

Stayed Feb 08 and am going back in Jan 09. We had great snow with all runs open. Varied skiing for all levels if you use the whole valley with modern fast lifts on most runs. The pistes between 1300-1400 were empty during our stay. Magic Bar happy hour great fun as are most of the others.

Good place to ski for beginners and advanced., plenty of snow. Nice scenery and the town itself is nice, but overall we found the people to be rude and uncooperative. People were not very welcoming and meal portions within our Hotel were small. We had a meal in Hotel La Torretta, and the lady waitress was the rudest person I have ever met.

La Torretta Hotel:

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Nice decor throughout. The set menu in the evenings is OK with a good salad bar. We had Pizzas in the restuarant at lunchtimes and they were A1.

Overall I thought this hotel was pretty good value.
