I Ordered Flowers From Awesome Flowers Via The Int

I ordered flowers from Awesome Flowers via the internet on friday 10th Nov.05 to be delivered on Tues.15th Nov.05. They took the payment from my debit account and to-date still haven't delivered any flowers, we received no explanation or returned any telephone calls, I even sent them a letter by recorded delivery which also failed to collect which I had retuned to me by Royal Mail. Order no.25931336.

I Made An Error When Ordering From Awesome Flowers

I made an error when ordering from Awesome Flowers, and the company called me immediately to double check the information. the flowers arrived when they should have, and the recipient was really pleased with them. They were also very well packaged.

2-order placed and confirmation received 11:45 Fri 22 Apr 2005-04-25 3-phone call approx 15:00 Friday - how did you hear of our site? Were you drawn to us by our £5.00 cash back offer for next day delivery? Sorry but your order will not be delivered until tomorrow morning. Is that a problem - I say no not really. Nothing mentioned re - £5 cash back

4-no flowers delivered the following day / or the next - every time a car arrives in recipients street - she looks out the window - very frustrating on a hot day listening for the door.

5- sat afternoon I called contact no - no reply / called alternative no - left message on answering machine. Nothing heard from the company for the rest of the weekend.

6-emailed Monday morning 1st thing complaining - asking for refund 7-checked credit card statement online - debit £39.50 debited on Friday 8-phone call received 09:30 "I'm calling from the flower company, I'd like to ask you about your order to allow me to investigate."who was the order to be delivered to?" - Hello don't you have this information? - I give the name and spell it upon request. Woman states she will "investigate". I say I just want telephone confirmation that I have been refunded" - note - still no apology has been given.

9-no news by lunchtime - and still no apology.

10-I call credit card company and report the incident to billing disputes.

11-Phone call Monday night - neighbour took delivery of "package" from courier in afternoon. No further contact from florist. Flowers are a box - but are beautifull. I leave the matter at that - WILL NOT USE COMPANY AGAIN.
