I recently flew on Frontier Airlines. I had read numerous negative reviews, and was hesitant to fly with them.I fly frequently to visit my kids and usually take Delta or US Air ~ but Frontier was half the price, even with the add on fees. I paid $10 for an upgraded reclining seat and $25 to carry my roller bag with me. I also had a carry on that fit under the seat. I've never had as much leg room as on Frontier. There was space above my seat to store my bag. Coffee and water are free beverages, and it's $2 for other drinks. The flight attendants were friendly. Boarding the plane was very orderly. Those in the back got on first, so no waiting for priority customers to find their seats. On the return flight home, the plane was about 25 minutes late in arriving at the airport. We were 10 minutes late in arriving. Will definitely use Frontier again. I applied for their credit card and will be going to the Caribbean this winter to teach yoga ~ with my free 40,000 miles.

I was so hesitant to be flying again after a bad flight with another airline. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff at the counter were so friendly and looked like they were having fun at work. The flight was right on time. The loading procedure was so easy and organized. The flight attendant helped me with putting my bag in the over head bin. The seats were so comfortable. I loved having the option of paying for and watching my own tv, which I did twice! The attendants gave out headphones to people who requested them, and no bad attitude! We hadn't even taken off yet and I knew it was going to be a great flight. I can't say enough about how nice the flight staff was. Even the gentleman next to me was saying how surprised he was about the comfortable seats and nice leg room. Ohhh leg room! I LOVED having more than one option to position my feet. I was actually happy to be getting on the connecting flight with them. I am glad Frontier Airlines realizes that people are willing to pay a little extra to be comfortable and have better options, they know how to do it right. Other airlines should wake up.I only recommend Frontier Airlines to my friends.

My husband and I were moving back to California from Missouri. The price was good for the two of us for one way. The staff on the plane were nice and always smiling it was a very nice trip. Having the Direct tv to watch was a very nice plus, the taking off and landing was smooth not hard landing like i exprinced on other airlines. The only thing i wasnt happy that for the two hour flight it still cost me $6 to watch the direct tv even though the booklet about the programing only said $4 it was so worth it. I would travel Froniter again.

Flew with Frontier twice--once to Colorado (my first time flying alone, when I was 15) in '07, and then from my college to Wisconsin in '09. Great service both times. I don't remember whether or not there was food or drinks, but I would remember any complaints that I had--so there certainly weren't any. Comfortable seats. Good customer service. Great price. Wouldn't hesitate to fly with them again.

Frontier Airlines was an excellent experience. Great service and new planes with standard individual screen. Excellent value for the price paid!

I flew from Ft. Lauderdale to Denver in *May* and had no problems at all. I would go out of my way to travel with them over and over again.

Frontier Airlines:
Check in was a breeze, and counter crew was nice in Seattle. Gate was about 200 steps from the ticket counter. I had preassigned seats, and did not have to fight for a window! I did not have to stand in a special line! Departed on time, and was beyond impressed with the Airbus 319. New airplane, very comfortable seats with special headrest, and good seat pitch. Flight crew very nice, and even the taxi to the runway was smooth. I noticed the personal TV screen in front of me.
Takeoff was smooth, and before I could get comfortable, I found myself flipping through 24 channels of Direct TV. The cost is $5.00, and worth every penny. They even have movies that are playing in theatres now! Not a bad deal. I swiped the good old credit card, reclined my seat, and had full control of the remote at 35,000 feet. Looking out the window, I even noticed the wing had a small decal of the animal we had on our tail. I was already hooked on the airline, and decided Southwest was going to be the last resort in my future travel.
I found myself laughing at one of my favourite TV shows when I was rudely interrupted by a smile on this flight attendants face. I pinched myself as I thought I was dreaming. When was the last time I saw a flight attendant smile? I lifted my headphones up to hear what she had to say. She asked if I wanted a warm bagel and cream cheese. I was amazed, as peanuts is usually what I get when I fly Southwest. I started spreading the cream cheese on my bagel when I was interrupted again. This time this lady wanted to know what I wanted to drink. I asked for an apple juice, and she hands me an unopened can and a cup of ice! This lady wants me to pour my own cup? I popped the can open, poured the juice, and handed her the half empty can. She smiled and told me the whole can was mine. I felt light headed, as Southwest usually gives me a small cup of juice, mostly ice of course. I was in total awe!
We approached Denver with a few light chops of rough air. We broke through the clouds and had a very smooth touchdown. We taxied to the gate, and I looked at my watch. We were 15 minutes early! The pilots kept us informed through the whole flight and even warned us of the light chops on the approach.
I continued on to Las Vegas that day. The flight was just as nice, and even more exciting. The flight attendants actually had fun with the passengers, and we all gambled a little on the flight. Most of the passengers kicked in a buck to the garbage bag, and we wrote our seat numbers down on them. One lucky passenger was going to win the bag. I did not win, but a lucky chap won $150.00.
Frontier won my business. Did I mention I fly to Vegas from Seattle to Denver, and connect to Las Vegas? I could fly Southwest, Alaska, and America West non stop.
