Despite reading some of the other reviews I went ahead & purchased two sets of Joseph Haley drawers from Just Click Beds after being let down by another company that I ordered the same items through. Prior to placing my order I telephoned to enquire if the items were in stock. This was confirmed & delivery advised in 7/10 days. I have to say that I found the person that I spoke to very polite & not at all abrupt as some other people have commented. The price of these items was by far the best that I have seen & I received delivery of the items 17 days after placing my order. The goods were delivered directly by the manufaturer ( Joseph International) & my daughter is delighted by her new furniture. I admit that the website is maybe a little basic but I have not had any problem in contacting the company & my e-mail chasing delivery was reponded to very promptly.

Rang Just Click Beds to order a well publicized mattress and pillows,( 600 pounds worth) told it was not readily in stock, advised of an equivalent product in stock, accepted that advice and can honestly say I am absolutely delighted with the alternative, delivered to the Highlands of Scotland amazingly quickly, kept fully briefed on logistics, found sales staff a most helpful individual, I did inquire about some furniture, and was left with no illusions about extended delivery times. Would have no hesitation buying from this company again, in particular stock items.

After reading this review page it was with some trepidation that I phoned an order through to Just Click Beds.
The order was confirmed by Justclickbeds and I have to say that apart from a rather rushed salesman taking the order, my £500 mattress, was delivered, as promised, within 2 working days (it was a stock item).
I phoned on the morning of the delivery to see what time it would arrive and they gave me the carrier's number, who I called. The carrier said it would be a morning delivery and arrived at 11.30a.m.
I emailed Just Click Beds to say thanks, the mattress has arrived and by the way your salesman nearly lost the order and I received a nice reply from the assistant who apologised if he had seemed rushed when taking the order.

Unlike most other contributors, I had no problem with Just Click Beds. However, I'm about to make another purchase, so watch this space...

Although my sofabed was several weeks late, I saved over £200 on retail prices using this service. I believe the wait may have been down to the manufacturer rather than JustClickBeds (who knows?), and JustClickBeds did answer my queries when I phoned. I would have liked them to have been a bit more proactive (ie phoned me to tell me that the item was late rather than me having to phone them), but saving nearly 30% of the retail price meant I was prepared to put up with this. The logistics company they used was excellent - good customer contact, and they gave me a one hour delivery time slot so I didn't have to hang around all day.

Look no further! Just Click Beds (www.justclickbeds.com) Online Home Furnishing Store delivered my mattress on time. The delivery company even offered me a time which they managed to keep to.
