Placed order for 4 perfumes as presents. Order was rejected without reason. Called customer service and they placed order this time after wasting 30 minutes. Received mail after 30 minutes and again order was cancelled. Called customer service and spoke with supervisor, I was told that the possible reason for rejecting my order can be that I ordered perfumes few days back as well. “Debited account then cancelled order”

I ordered supplements over the phone (as the online site was "having difficulties") and my credit card was debited and I was given an order number. 2 hours later I received an email saying the order was cancelled and Boots would not provide a reason. I phoned up and was told to check my credit card on Friday to make sure the payment had been refunded. This is not acceptable practice. Boots has to be the only online service that does not cancel or change orders. I asked if I could change the delivery date forward. They told me they could not physically make any changes or cancel the order.... even though the dispatch date was two weeks away. You would think with today's technology, Boots would be able to solve this issue. I saw some vitamins were on offer 3 for 2, so ordered multiple items to make the best of the offer. Then, the order was cancelled. I contacted the Customer Care and they said they didn't know the reason but you can place order again. The second ordered was canclled again without reason. “Next day order still not arrived in store 7 days later!!”

Ordered online on a Sunday. Confirmation that the order had gone through and should be available to collect in store from 5 pm on the following day (Monday) but to wait for a confirmation text/email. No text/no email. Rang the store to check - no package there for me. Could have ordered cheaper on Amazon and with quicker delivery than this.
