So I ordered a pushchair for next day delivery as my pushchair had broken. When it arrived it was the wrong pushchair, I called customer services and after 2 hrs we managed to agree for them to collect it the next morning and then once they can see DPD has collected it they would immediately issue a replacement so I can get the right pushchair as soon as possible, the second pushchair arrived a day early so I was happy but guess what they had sent out the same WRONG pushchair out again. so… Read Full Review

“Worst customer service I received in a long time”

My order was scheduled to arrive last Saturday however, it never even made it to Royal Mail. I spoke to a customer service manager who was sullen, antagonistic, and who simply repeated the company line over and over. I was offered a refund of my order or a replacement sent out by standard delivery. No profuse apologies, offers of a rebate or points on my clubcard or next day delivery to make up for what was YOUR fault. That's not customer service. The horror of Boots.com. My mother, 77 years old, accidentally pressed delivery instead of collection - so was charged £3.75 for delivery. She saw order email details, realised mistake, called Boots immediately (within 5 minutes) was TOLD best thing to do was to NOT accept delivery and then she would be refunded in full. I cancelled a Boots pharmacy appointment using the website, and the online status confirmed it was cancelled and that a refund would be processed. However the refund never came through. I have just had the same thing, finally got through to them and they said the bank could be putting an automatic block on the transaction - I have used Boots loads of times in the past and this was an order for barely £25 so I see no reason why it would be declined. No text message or additional security checks requested just a straight decline - although payment is pending and this won't be cleared "for a few days" apparently! It really is no good when online transactions are declined with no additional checks, went to another website and no problems whatsoever.

I tried a different Internet browser (Edge) and the order payment went through. I reported this technical issue to Boots as it appears to be a website browser compatibility problem. I didn't get a reply from Boots. Perhaps they don't care about losing customers.

They did not reject the payment on paypal and i now have to wait 30 days to get my money back. Iv literally got the same problem. I placed 3 orders. One of which was cancelled by paypal. Theu are holding 150 pounds of my money now! I have to wait up to the end of november to get it back. Disapppointed!!!
