5 star because the guys that delivered, unpacked, installed and took the stuff away were so nice, efficient and very hard working and I felt very safe. I'll call them the A Team. Thankyou for a great job guys.

“Great job by delivery guys.”

A big thank you to the delivery guys for the delivery of the new fridge freezer and uplift of the old one. They even took the packaging away and pit the new one in the chosen location in the kitchen. No mess or damage like some other delivery people left behind. Prompt, friendly fast and efficient service, well done.

I recommend contacting which magazine, they may be able to help and have the contacts. they helped me and sorted it out and even published it for me. Hope this helps. Craig

I'd start by contacting my local Citizens Advice office. They helped me and gave good advice ones when I had ordered something online that wasn't complete.
