I placed an order for an item with next day delivery, the item didn't arrive so I chased it, to be told it hadn't been processed. So I requested a cancellation and full refund. When I asked if I would be sent proof of cancellation and refund I was told it takes 72 hours for proof and 5-7 days for a refund. I had a new tv delivered and when unpacked the screen was cracked. I spent upto 3 hours 4 times in a week trying to speak to someone. However due to covid i tried to understand. But it took 2 weeks for new t.v. to be replaced. I wasnt very happy with tbe service. However currys have acknowledged the frustration i felt and sent an apology and a £20 giftcard. When I finally got a reply after 3 days they said they had refunded, & could not find the order, not true.
