actually 1 star is too much. Sleezy charlatans, I bought a TV advertised at 349 on ebay with a voucher code. the voucher didn't work and I received 2 invoices on PayPal for 399. When I finally got a reply after 3 days they said they had refunded, & could not find the order, not true. They told me I will receive a call to arrange the refund, but I didn't get any call after a week. I called them back, and I am told item is received and I will receive a refund shortly. Shocking experience. I wouldn’t even give one star but that’s the minimum. Failed delivery to my mid 80’s mother in law of a TV we bought for her. She waited in 7 hours initially for a delivery that never showed. Not once did Currys/ Team Know How ring us to advise. When I rang the customer service number and eventually got through to the agent they couldn’t wait to get off the phone because it was by then 8 o’clock and she wanted to go home. “Uninterested staff at Luton store”

We went into the Luton Currys store in am attempt to not buy online. Found a vacuum cleaner we wanted but couldn't find staff available to obtain one from the stock room as there wasn't a boxed one around. I went to queue at the tills with a photograph of the item and the wife hung around the vacuum cleaner hoping to catch a staff member. There were staff stationed in other areas but refused to help. When purchasing my washing machine no problems when coming to install and take other machine away boy do they make it hard work after three attempts to come and actually fit it meaning having to take time of work and phone calls to know-how and repaid a visit to currys who were very unhelpful and just don't want to know your problems. induction hob went bang. rang the number on aftercare receipt. sent engineer week later. After he left it didnt work. Rang engineers again sent another week later.
