BEWARE OF CURRYS, their customer service is diabolical, they have no decency. John Lewis customer services is so much better, you can get through, they are always willing to help, go out of their way to value their customers. CURRYS ON THE OTHER HAND DO NOT CARE. With a delivery a sneaky photo was taken by the driver (DPD), and because a hand was on the box, they state it is delivered. This is a pension, 82 years old with 2 knee replacements. “lG fridge freezer”

Wow, what an amazing Fridge freezer this is. The fridge and freezer parts are really big and easy to see what you have in it. The fresh food compartment keeps food so fresh for so much longer than my old fridge did. I use to throw lots away. This keeps fruit and vegetables fresh for so much longer. I ordered a very expensive Miele Washing Machine (WWR860) that was delivered damaged, very big noticeable dent at the front of the unit, no one from Currys ever bothered to check the unit before delivery. “Failure to deliver”

I was given a delivery date for a TV display unit. The unit did not arrive on the due date. I tried to contact Currys to clarify the reason and to agree another date for delivery. I had a new tv delivered and when unpacked the screen was cracked. I spent upto 3 hours 4 times in a week trying to speak to someone. However due to covid i tried to understand. But it took 2 weeks for new t.v. to be replaced. I wasnt very happy with tbe service. However currys have acknowledged the frustration i felt and sent an apology and a £20 giftcard.
