This H10 Mediterranean Village Hotel Is The Best H
This H10 Mediterranean Village hotel is the best hotel I have ever been at. I had the best holiday ever especially with the anamition team, they just made my holiday a complete. The hotel its self is just amazing. Pools are good crack. But with the animation team 'blue team' I didn't know if my holiday would be a success. Miss the hotel already and I am only home. I know I can't see the animation team again but hopefully I can comee back very soon. Best holiday ever. x

Me And My Girl Friend Went In June 2009for A Week
me and my girl friend went in june 2009for a week im 24 and stayed in the H10 med vilage half bord
it was not a lot to do there if you have a family then its grate for kids. drinks are dear at the hotel - pint and harf of coke £4.90. rooms are clean, nice, but the rooms you have a card for your front door and then you have to put in for your lights and air con so what i did is stuck my club card in the port for the air con lights ect. go in to salou and if you need tickets for porterventure go down to medeval pub.

I Have Been To The H10 Mediterranean Village 3 Tim
I have been to the H10 Mediterranean Village 3 times, and due to return next year. We have young kids so the entertainment in the evenings with the daisy disco was spot on. Location in Cap Salou is quiet in comparison to the main town Salou, but within 30 minute walking distance. Buses are available 2 minutes walk from the hotel to local towns and to the port aventura park. Do not use the rep tours, go round the corner and get them for a fraction of the price. Food is adequate where they have a fine range of choices. We have stayed both HB and SC. SC accommodation is extremely spacious whereas the HB rooms are small than a premier travel in room and is quite cramped if you are travelling with kids, by the end of the holiday we felt the rooms closing in. I would recommend SC for the room sizes and you can still use the restaurant like HB for a reasonable price. The size of the balconies are the largest I have seen on a package holiday - fantastic if you are relaxing after the kids have fallen asleep. If you do not have a pool view, you can see the port aventura fireworks at night.
Our holiday in July 2006 was superb, October 2006 was good, but the pools were cold. July 2007 was spoiled by fellow travellers that was a bit yobbish! hopefully our next holiday will be as good as the first.

We Just Got Back From 2 Weeks In Mediterranean Vil
We just got back from 2 weeks in Mediterranean Village, overall we were very impressed at the time and dedication that surrounded the kids, yes there was aspects and room for improvement but all in all what we saw was good.
The current animation team were excellent and worked long days to put together entertainment and activities for the kids, in the evening they encouraged adult/children interaction and involved the whole family in the entertainment which at times was a little below par entertaining wise but nothing that you would say would ruin your holiday.
Hotel rooms were large, clean with air con which was great in the evening. I agree in part the sofa could do with a bit of a clean but again nothing that you would say would ruin your holiday and I expect you would find in most holiday hotels around the world.
Hotel staff were brill, polite at all times and we dealt with most at sometime from reception to waiters to misc staff and these people are well impressive at the dedication they put into there job and the guests.
The hotel is about 2 miles outside of the main Salou which we liked as who wants drunken yobs shouting, fighting etc etc til 6am in the morning. 5/10 minutes on the bus to Salou which for 3 adults only cost 5.70 euros. Main theme park about 20 minutes on a bus. Theme park was good but don't get a 14 day ticket you won't use, we did but found 3 days was enough and looking back we should have only bought a 3 day ticket. (buy in uk before you go)
All in all if you want a quiet family holiday in a good hotel, with plenty for the kids to do and don't mind having kids around then this is for you.
If you want to party party party I suggest get a hotel in the main salou.
It wasn't a perfect hotel but hey show me one that is, if you don't mind the minor stuff and adult enough to overlook the minor stuff then you're OK, but if you are someone who can only see wrong from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave I suggest keep your money in your pocket and stay at home because it wouldn't matter where you are you will still find an issue.
At this moment we are ready to re book another 2 weeks for next year.
Overall It Was A Good Holiday My First Time In Sal
Overall it was a good holiday my first time in Salou the entertainment was poor, it was more for children would suggest, they make it clear in the brochure it is not suitable for disabled or elderly people, good for kids.
This Is The Worst Holiday Me, My Husband And Two C
This is the worst holiday me, my husband and two children aged 3 and 5 have have ever had. The hotel is full of drunken Yobs, every night there was chanting, swearing, shouting and arguing until 3.30am every morning. Not once did we get a nights sleep. Kids were jumping in the pool at all hours, some of the security thought this was funny. The children aged between 7 and 16 were walking around on an evening drunk on there own and causing nothing but destruction, God only knows where there parents were, some were drinking in the bar and their kids were pleasing themselves.
The pool was shut for three days, day one the kids had been to the toilet in it. Day two there was broken glass in it from the previous evening, day three there were chips and food thrown in from the previous evening, and they always seemed to do it to the shallow end of the pool (kiddies part).
Some of the security were absolutely no use what so ever, they did nothing but encourage the youngsters to continue jumping in the pool, they walked past them when they were being rowdy. We complained on three occasions to the reps the next day, all they do is make a note of it and say they'll speak to reception. Useless. I complained to reception about it twice they just locked them in block B, well we were in block B and right above the internet room. So they therefore went on to playing extremely loud music from there, when I complained again, nothing was done.
When I asked the rep why there was so many rowdy kids/families in there, all I was told was that it is coming up to October and that the holidays were cheaper, so you end up with all the rif raf there. Great EH!
I am not one to complain normally but I have never seen anything like it, it was worse than being in a zoo.
On a lighter note the hotel itself was nice and the entertainers for the kids was great.
If you still go to this hotel or have already booked, I would ask to avoid room 171B or the complete of B block. Good luck, hope you have a better time than we did.
Hi , we stayed in same hotel and in B block in May 2007 , It was beautiful , i do agree there are some rowdy people about but not to the extent as you had.
We did however on out first night have a woman and man fighting above us ,Im not the softest of people but that did scare me , however security where there very quickly and i do beleive these people were removed from the hotel.
All in all the hotel was fab and so were the staff ...it would seem like you said coming to the end of season and some riff raff got in ...Such a shame as my holiday experience was fantastic ..the flight however was not, but that another story :)
I would recommend this accomodation but as i said i stayed in May 2007 ..ooh and the weather was scorching :)

What A Holiday We Had At The H10 Mediterranean Vil
What a holiday we had at the H10 Mediterranean Village, Salou! It was my first family holiday: myself, partner and 2 kids (twins) boy and girl.
We found that everything was in walking distance. Food, drink, entertainment and the hotel performers were great with the kids. I don't usually mingle with other holiday makers but the crack was amazing! I played water polo, shooting, football and I'm meant to be the adult! The hotel was so clean and the pool so nice we stayed at the top pool as the sun stays there all day. I found every thing to be spot on and I would without a shadow of doubt stay there again. As well, it's 2km from Salou and Salou is a tip. If you do need tickets for Portaventura don't buy before hand as some one will give you theirs at the hotel if you mention it. I gave my pass for 1 extra week away. There is a place called Cap Salou Hotel where they have restaurants and amusements beside it. I was there every night. For food call at the Tap House - absolutely amazing. I hope you enjoy. Make sure get extra sunblock as it more expensive there. Have a great time!
