When we arrived we had read reviews and expected the worst. Checked in at reception and staff were very polite and more than helpful.
Caravan was a 3 bed instead of a 2 bed so was a bonus, was clean and in good working order. Bed linen did not arrive until 11.45 pm but they were apologetic. Noticed our fridge wasnt working so reported it in the morning and they replaced it within an hour - impressed!
The funstars were great - kids loved them and adults loved them. More staff needed at the bar though.
We would not go back there to be honest but that is ONLY because of the location - nothing much around. But as a park its good - whay u pay is what you get. :)

We have just returned from Allhallows. After reading some the reviews prior to our trip we were a little worried. We needn't have been. Yes the club was small for the amount of people and the loos were untidy (due to unclean holiday makers) which was quickly rectified once we brought it to the attention of staff, but the caravan was nice, clean and the bedding in our caravan was new. The kids enjoyed the pool and crazy golf, they had their own bikes and were safe to ride around in close proximity.
We did consider staying another night but the price was far too high for one night.
