Website and advert looked amazing when arrived very disappointed no instruction shabby package and broken layer found same product on temu for £0.99p ordered it straight away and it the same item and packaging so been total ripped of refund was refused trying to claim money back though PayPal at moment also says uk website but tracking it was posted to me from China please avoid losing you money

Well firstly goods arrived without the serum. Never having used this before I would not order needles only. Money went out very quick and on Christmas Day. Despite numerous emails to them they said I can return product at my own expense and would I like a refund of 20% off other product. No way will I incur the cost of sending this item back. I would not recommend or touch Derma Glow UK ever again and now I’m £19.99 down. Shame on this company and their shabby customer service.

Had to escalate to PayPal to get a refund as seller fltefused (despite claiming they offer a 30 days 100% risk free refund. Totally useless and is NOT painless. Just caused redness and NO improvement. This product and advert is hugely musleading. AVOID!!

Item is NOT from the UK but China. Arrived and does not work. The liquid is too think to go through the needle.Item faulty when I complained they said they can not take back items due to hygiene reasons so how do you know if an item is faulty if you don't try it out first. Absolutely sham. This is NOT A UK PRODUCT IT FROM CHINA. Stay clear
Hi, totally agree with you. No advertising bumph details where it’s being sent from. I only found out after purchasing and checked the tracking details. To my horror it detailed China, I would not have ordered this had I known country of origin. I sent several emails requesting to cancel the order, only receiving an automated reply detailing that I would be contacted by someone from Customer Service, within 48hours, guess what still no response.
APPALLING Company, strongly urge anyone considering purchasing, NOT TO - sheer waste of your money

I saw an advert for the Dermaglow Up-Lift Breast Firming Gel in a glossy magazine, and decided to have a look at their web site www.dermaglow.co.uk. On arriving, I found the site to be very nice looking, and with an easy to follow layout. I bought the product on the site, and the process was very easy. Delivery took only two days, and I have found the product to be excellent.

First impressions are that the site has a very nice initial feel to it, products are clearly divided into categories, that are easy to find.
