I have waited for more than eight weeks for my shipment, and I doubt I will ever receive it. Repeated phone calls to the manager, who never answers emails, have failed to produce a result: He keeps talking about how we have "both lost", as he claims that my shipment was sent twice, but he is unable to give me a reference number for it, or indeed fax me a confirmation showing when it was sent. In short, this company is both extremely unreliable and unprofessional, and I am never going to purchase anything from them again. I just hope I will get my money back.

I bought a product from Hairstyling.co.uk, which basically didn't do what it said on the tin. Firstly, the order was not dispatched within 48 hours as promised on the web site and I had to chase my order by phone as my email was ignored. I then sent in my immediate complaint about the unsatisfactory product to them by email as the web site requested. I did not get a "swift" response (within 5 days) as promised on the web site and I feel that I was not treated fairly, which, again, they claim they will do. The manager told me he had been too busy to reply to my emails and that he could not talk to me for long because he was very busy.
