TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I was a first time customer to Linzi and this will definitely be my last. The level of customer service I have experienced is appalling, shocking, the worst I’ve ever experienced. I ordered and paid for 6 bikinis online. Only 4 bikinis were delivered to me. I immediately notified Linzi of this short delivery. I was informed that 6 bikinis had been dispatched and that this was the end of their investigation. The weight of the ‘6’ bikinis dispatched to me by Evri was 990 grams. I returned the 4 bikinis by Royal Mail which weighed 923 grams. All postage receipts with the weight of the bikinis were submitted to Linzi. This evidence alone of the weight of parcels was proof that only 4 bikinis were dispatched to me. But this was dismissed. Then I was told I would be refunded only for 4 bikinis returned. But I stated ‘How can I return items to you not delivered to me in the first place?’ My only option was to contact my bank & request a chargeback for items not delivered to me in order for this to be refunded. color:#191919">This small company has an absolute terrible customer service. I will never order again and I will never recommend. Linzi will now respond with an insipid and bland reply which is a reflection of the truly awful company and the staff that work there.

I ordered a pair of shoes for an event on express delivery. It has been held up with evri due to bad weather for over a week now. I have requested a full refund, including the postage costs. The delivery is not their fault, however the score is for their customer service. Customers cannot afford to have money tied up in failed deliveries and if this is how they manage their customers - all I would say is avoid puchasing from them especially as Black Friday is approaching. I am still waiting a refund and a response from customer services.

The shoe strap broke from the shoe entirely , i contacted customer service , who asked me for photos of the fault and now they are asking to cut the soles up with scissors !!! Absolutely ridiculous request and poor customer service will never buy again!!!

After one west the heel fell off my shoe. They want to refund me £8 to get them re heeled. Absolutely shocking service!

Do not buy from Linzi shoes I ordered two items. One of them (ZALA) came with little bit faults since I wanted those shoes really badly for an occasion I kept them I ignored the faults. On the day I wore my shoes just for a few hours and it caused discomfort and blisters to my feet. The blisters really give me a tough time I had to do school runs and all but I complained on the same day I wore the shoes and in response I get no satisfactory response. A pair of shoes which cause discomfort I won’t be wearing them again and I’ve paid for it and now resting in my wardrobe.. Linzi shoes won’t even help their customers Now they are saying that they cannot help me in anyway neither a refund or a return or any sort of compensation. I do not agree with this thing because normally every store if you get back to them and ask them that the product is either faulty or causing discomfort they will straight away do anything for you , even provide a good customer services but here the case is really worse so I wouldn’t recommend Linzi at all

The strap broke after minutes of wearing at a special occasion, i sent photo of strap as well as one of the soles to prove no wear. I have been told to cut a shoe with "household scissors" and send photo once done to enable refund. Do not buy from them!

Horrible staff I went in their and tried on shoes for a gathering I have a week from now so I needed to buy heels I tried in 5 different shoes because they didn’t fit right or was to high and the staff was very rude and one of them said is this your last one which I think was terrible because it’s a shoe shop your meant to try them in and that’s their job why work someone when you don’t want to do your job respectfully also 2 of the younger staff was talking about me to each other and giving each other looks because I was trying on shoes disgusting behaviour I can try one 5 or 20 pairs of shoes that’s what their there for and the workers job is to let me and be nice

Awful customer service, they’ve returned faulty shoes returned to them claiming they were wearable even though they’re visibly faulty. Ignoring my requests to confirm their complaints procedure, instead sending the shoes back whilst the issue remained unresolved. Subsequently, resulting in the courier claiming they’ve delivered the items for a second time and now the faulty shoes are somehow lost. However, I receive daily deliveries and have never had a parcel get lost. We even know our local couriers, therefore this is a further concern and perhaps not a coincidence. I wouldn’t ever use this company again and will be sharing my experience with others in the hope that they do not have such a terrible experience either. From the poor reviews it’s evident that this is a common reoccurrence which needs to be reported to the retail ombudsman. I will be taking my complaint further as this has been a total waste of my time and a unnecessarily stressful experience. Prior to writing this, I gave them sufficient time to respond and resolve my complaint in a professional manner yet they have refused to assist. Customer service training to all staff members urgently needed.

Bought shoes 2 months ago, worn about a dozen times and sole had split. Contacted them for replacement or refund and was told they were well worn so nothing could be done. Reiterated length of time worn, when these were bought and that I also work inside to be given the reply again that they are definitely well worn. Seems the norm with this place when reading reviews now.....terrible shoes and terrible service

Shoes were returned and sold after a couple attempts of delivery within a couple of days, although i did not ask for refund and they tried to tell me to repay for delivery..i had emailed asking for a solution and they were unhelpful and rude (didnt really care) and like i said i was then told the shoes i had already paid for were now out of stock, terrible all round service..

Purchased a pair of shoes that broke on second time of wearing. Returned within the time stated on receipt, couldn’t find a suitable pair of shoes at that point of returning and asked for a refund. The member of staff said she’d phone the manager of this shop and disappeared out of sight through the back door. On her return she said she couldn’t refund me as I didn’t have the shoe box, I explained I was not given a shoe box but was given two pouch bags which I still have. Again she said she’d have to speak again to the manager and disappeared again. On her second return she explained to me it was the managers discretion to decide on a refund and he refused on the basis I’d worn them twice, I will be complaining to head office and trading standing standards as I have been sold goods that aren’t fit for purpose. Be warned, if you take shoes back if their faulty you’ll be refused a refund.

I looked around at some shoes and chose one I liked, and gave it to the assistant who took it and said she would find the other one in the stockroom. I was in a rush and was slightly bothered when I saw the same assistant attending to another customer. After waiting for a few minutes she eventually remembered I was still waiting and got another assistant to find my shoes. the assistant that served me was very slow and took ages putting the shoes in a bag while talking to another assistant. Meanwhile it was a lunch break and friends were waiting outside for me. not very friendly and act as if they don't want people to buy their shoes. Wouldn't recommend.

Have not received my shoes a week after ordering, and no guarantee of when they will arrive, despite me needing them in the next few days. They have also told me I cannot have a refund.

I purchased a pair of over the knee boots online, the quality was very good i love their shoes and have bought from the store before, but the shoes where unsuitable anyway and i wanted to return the only instructions that was sent to me was to print a label which would be deducted of my refund and email them before sending the items back, I couldn't print the label so i just stuck the return address on the parcel and took it down to my local post office and the cheapest postage offered was £11 i payed the amount thinking this would be refunded and to make sure i would just email to confirm, sending 2 emails within 72 hours i hear back with a reply basically saying they can not refund this, with no other solution. really not happy with their policy, it needs to be changed and the returns policy needs to be clearly explained with each parcel. I do not live locally to a linzi's so a return to the shop is out of the equation. I would of been more then happy with my original refund then a £10 gift voucher or something along them lines. This is partly my fault for not 100% checking the policy correctly but most people would just assume that if the postage was payed for the item to be sent to us, we shouldn't have to pay for it to be sent back.

The worst sales assistants on the planet! I mean who on earth hires these people..They couldn't be less interested in the people coming through the doors if they tried..I was ignored by everyone so was at least 4 other people..After a "Hello!" Excuse me!" She suddenly saw me! She disappeared In the stockroom while I waited for nearly 10mins (other potential shoppers had walked out at this point, well done girls great customer Service!) I got totally bleeped off and headed for the door, my daughter at this point tried to be the peacemaker and complained to the girl at till point who calmly said "oh, your boots??" They're here! What a bloody joke..and to add insult to injury they asked who was the girl that served me, at last I thought she's gonna get a telling off..but no it was to make she got her commission for the sale!! You're all a bunch of jokers and a such use as an ashtray on a bike!! Managers it's time to do something about who you employ and how you train your staff...disgraceful!!!!

my sister bought a pair of shoes for her grand daughter in romford liberty branch on sunday the 11th october . her grand daughter is 13 years old and she is very tall with a large shoe size of 8. unfortunately her grand daughter was ill on that particular day and did not feel up to shopping for her much needed school shoes. So my sister went to LINZI in liberty Romford and bought a pair of size 8 shoes that were suitable for school.they cost £27. Assistant made my sister aware that she had up to 4 weeks to return shoes if unsuitable,but never mentioned anything about refund policy. Long story short,shoes were not suitable,due to narrow fitting,was too late to rush back to store as early closing on sunday. When she went to exchange less than 24 hours later ,she was trying to explain to assistant that shoes were tight fitting when other assistant butted in and said abruptly that it would be credit note only. that was not a problem, after looking around for larger size,she picked up another pair of shoes and asked assistant for a size bigger,as the shoes she returned only went to size 8. Then my sister was made aware that Linzi shoes did not sell size 9 shoes for ladies. without ranting or roaring arguing she picked up a different pair of size 8 shoes which were £9 cheaper and ended up with and a credit note of same value. Is this great customer service? But theres customers that dont shout loud enough,whose right?

I ordered two pairs of sandals, One pair for me and another for a friend. I ordered online and they were apparently both in stock in our size; it seemed like a good deal so I went and bought them. I got an email to say that they were both dispatched but when the box arrived there was only one pair? I read the paper and it said "sorry the other pair was out of stock, you will be refunded"!!! I never received any email about how the pair was unavailable and by the time The box arrived, it was to late to order another pair! Not Happy with the service and I wouldn't buy from Linzi again.

You are right ,I’ve been once and that was enough ,never will I spend my money in Linzi shoe shop again .
