“Poor customer service”

Beware spam! Preparing and ordering went OK but, as others will verify, delivery can be longer than expected. The quality of my photo book was fine - so why the low rating? I set up my account so that I wouldn't receive spam from them but it has had absolutely no effect. I've returned emails saying STOP and complained to their Customer Services on numerous occasions, but still it comes! So if, like me, you don't want to know about 'offers' constantly, use another company with more respect for their customers.

“Poor customer service”

Received a canvas a few days before Christmas which was damaged. The picture position had also been changed and was not central. I asked for a refund but Snapfish insisted in reprinting it despite the fact the positioning was wrong. The customer service team did not read my emails properly when I complained. I knew that the canvas wouldn't arrive for Christmas but they ignored me. In the end I had to buy my sister a cheap cookbook. I then wrote a review of the canvas on their site, saying that the positioning had been changed and the packing was not adequate, and it was deleted by their administrators. Terrible service. Will never use them again.

“Took ages to arrive, and photos had heads chopped off!”

I would avoid this company, if you have any problems you can call a call centre in india, but they were pretty unhelpful.. Ordered some photo cards for my bridesmaids over a week ago, still haven't arrived. Orderedl large prints, where half the heads of my wedding guests were missing. Seriously incompetent.

“Printing quality”

This is the first time I have used Snapfish and I am so disappointed with the results. I had taken wedding photo's that I had taken a good deal of time editing to perfection. 20% of the prints arrived with the bride and grooms heads chopped off and these shots were perfect beforehand. Plus, all the prints were random varying sizes.

Started well and completed a nice design. However 2 weeks later and I was still waiting for my cards, after numerous emails back and forth they said the order had got lost in the post!!! They would 're-issue the order at no extra cost' (how nice of you!).. I complained that I wasn't happy and wanted some form of refund, this request was ignored. I eventually got my photo cards 3 weeks later - on opening the order I realised that the quality was just like a photograph and not the 'card' it had stated on the initial order. VERY UNIMPRESSED DO NOT USE!!!

I'm going to keep this short, Well I started using this website in 2008, and my first order was just basically 50 print's, the service then was excellent and the delivery always was delivered within 2 - 3 day.

However, everything has changed now, I placed an order on November the 15th 2010 and I still have not recieved an order and all I ordered was print's, stupidly I placed another order on November 19th and I still am awaiting for delivery, This is insane, Customer service just blame the weather and the delivery.

They get there orders mixed up so easily its stupid! I ended up with a picture of a dog instead of one of me and my family which means anyone could end up with my order!
Also my brother ordered some pictures and never recieved them or got there money back this site is actually pathetic! never ordering from this site again!

I first used snapfish a couple of months ago. The photos were ok quality and some were dreadful with black splodges and very weird contrast. The original photo file was fine and it was the printing which was the problem. I began to contact customer services, but they have automated replies and it was too much hassle.

I thought I'd give them a second chance and ordered some more photos. I haven't received them yet, but I placed the order 8 days ago and they still haven't been shipped. I'm not sure when I'll get them but a two week turn around which is more or less what it's likely to be (fingers crossed) is too long.

I'll be trying out another online printers next tine.

Although the photos received were of very good quality, they arrived much later than I would have expected. Received an e-mail on the day of purchase telling me my order "will be shipped within the next business day". (I would rather receive an e-mail when my order HAS been shipped, not when it's ESTIMATED to be shipped). Prints arrived in 6 business days rather than the estimated 1-3 business days. Would definitely not use this website again. Had better experiences elsewhere.
